Rich breakfast, very nice restaurant! BG, comfortable rooms, friendly personal, always ready to help! We liked also the swimming pool, with nicely green water, like the alpine sees. We missed a jacuzzi in the wellness.

Large spacious rooms with separate sitting area plus balcony. The best WiFi of a 5 week trip - free! Amazing food. Large grounds with areas to relax indoors or out. Spa available which we did not use. Lots of places to walk or hike, and easy access to the Zugspitz Bahn. Family run and very hospitable staff, who were fluent in English. Decor was Bavarian which we like. We had no complaints or suggestions. It was a wonderful stay and we are already planning to return.

Large room beautifully furnished with the kind of extras you expect from a 4-star hotel (nice individual-sized toiletries products, minibar, fluffy robes and slippers, chocolates on the pillow at bed time, help with the bags) the free bottle of water (Grainau is a spa town). Incredibly helpful, cheerful and polite staff. The farewell gift of a jar of honey. The kids menu with placemats and colour pencils at dinner. Using my poor German and knowing there is someone on staff to speak English if necessary, but not everyone does and I loved that. At this hotel you are a guest rather than a client. Despite the negatives below, I am planning to go back. The hot water did not run consistently, so there were chilly surprises during our showers. I was woken up a lot by traffic noise. Bizarre given how quiet the village is, but the restaurant guests leaving in the night and the rubbish truck emptying glass at about 7am both contributed. I don't think we had a window open either. I am sure the rooms facing the Zugspitz are quieter. The down pillows were completely flat, giving no support and made it hard to sleep when you're not used to it. I wasn't keen on being obliged to keep the same table for breakfast as dinner. It would have been nice to sit by the window, or to have chosen the table in the first place.

The Hotel staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The location is perfect, it is easy to walk into town and the views are magnificent. I stayed at the hotel as a child and when we were planning our holiday, we decided to go back and we were not disappointed. I highly recommend the hotel and the area!

Es hat einfach alles gestimmt, es war sehr schön und erholsam. Sehr schöne Wellness-Abteilung und wunderschöner Garten. Das Wetter!! Aber dafür ist das Hotel ja nicht zuständig!!

Inhaber und Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich; Hotel insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch gepflegt und komfortabel. Sehr schöne Gartenanlage, beste Lage; Restaurant sehr gut. Der Aussenbereich nach Saunagang könnte mit wenigen Mitteln freundlicher gestaltet werden. Keine Aussenliegen.

Отличный отель. Понравилось все! Останавливались проездом с маленьким ребенком. Очень приятные люди. Управляющий подарил мягкую игрушку, а при выезде из отеля подарили банку меда.

Alles und zwar Ausgezeichnet! besonders die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter. Keine Massenabfertigung. Alles hat gepasst. Wir haben uns selten so wohl gefühlt. Herr Rosenstock Senior ist überall und auf das beste besorgt und hat immer herzliche Worte für alle seine Gäste. Es gibt nichts zu meckern!

Очень красивое место, вид из номера на г. Цугшпице. Удобно доехать до Гармиш-Патенкирхен и до горнолыжных спусков. Приветливый персонал. Очень хорошая кухня в ресторане, разнообразный и вкусный завтрак. Наличие Спа и бассейна. Не очень удобный номер и отсутствие лифта в том крыле отеля где находился наш номер.
