Wir haben die Region und das Hotel ausgewählt, um zu relaxen, schließlich will das Hotel ein hydeaway sein. Es war ein kompletter Reinfall : nur einen Parkplatz jwd bekommen, dann an der Rezeption wegen Überfüllung nur noch ein Zimmer im Nachbarhaus ( ---> langer unterirdischer Gang durch die Katakomben ins Hauptgebäude )nach hinten raus zu Straße bekommen. Zustand des Zimmers nicht 4 Sterne entsprechend : Staub auf den Ablagen, Spinnweben an der Decke, abgestoßenes Holz an den Möbeln, kleiner und veralteter Fernseher, Duschvorhang ! und richtig warm ist es nicht geworden. Viel zu kleiner Spa-Bereich für die Massen, die sich dort drängen. Entsprechend geht es im Restaurant zu: reine Massenabfertigung. Nie wieder!

Tolle Lage! Schönes Wellnesshotel mit guten Seminareinrichtungen. Sehr freundliches Personal !!! Gutes Frühstück, Mittagessen vom Buffet eher Standard. Seminarräumlichkeiten prima, Kaffee und Getränke satt. Kleinigkeiten zu essen ... Toll. Unverschämte Preise für wlan (6,- eur pro Stunde !!!) und Tiefgarage (9,- eur pro Tag).

Für ein solches Hotel und im Vergleich mit anderen Hotels hat uns nicht gefallen: - Hohe Kosten für Internetzugang - Wellnesstermine sind nur mit Glück 1 Woche zuvor zu buchen - Sauna bzw. nicht alle am Mittag auf Betriebstemperatur (sollte bei einem Wellnesshotel der Fall sein)

Das Arabella Sheraton Alpenhotel übertraf unsere Vorstellung. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber . See- und Bergblick inbegriffen. Freundliches Personal und supergutes Frühsück ! Wir buchen bestimmt mal wieder dort .

отзывчивый и услужливый персонал, чистота, комфортные номера. В отличии от многих отеллей,например, Австрии в номерах и на ресепшене нет описания услуг и прайслистов на русском языке. Русскоговоряшего персонала тоже нет, что, к сожалению, вызывает некоторые трудности.

Wunderschöne Lage, geräumige Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Wir werden wiederkommen. Das es am Abend im Restaurant nur Menue gab. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, ab und zu nur ein Gericht a la Carte essen zu können. So war man gezwungen außerhalb zu essen. Zum Frühstück hätte ich gerne gelegentlich ein frisches Spiegelei gegessen, es gab leider nur Rührei, ansonsten perfektes Büffet.

freundlichkeit von rezeption und bewirtungspersonal.grosszügige zimmer.lage des hotels einem mitarbeiter an der bar gefiel es garnicht,getränke in die raucher lobby zu bringen..mussten wir selbst abholen.im wellnessbereich fehlt ein richtiger ruheraum und ein tauchbecken.
