Breakfast was excellent. The room was huge and very comfortable. 3 flat tv-sets, 2 toilet rooms, fine beds, huge balcon, Excellent personnel. Fantastic mountain-view! Many amenities! Everything was ok! It's five stars really (not four as booking.com represents)

This really is an excellent hotel in a superb location. The two swimming pools and spa area are unsurpassed. The restaurant is also excellent. The staff and owners were very friendly - and couldn't stop apologising for the difficulty below. The price was favourably adjusted to take account of the second room and was, in the end, only a minor detraction. Unfortunately the hotel made a mistake in our booking and we were only supplied one of the two rooms we booked. They did manage to find a second room but it was in the hairdressing area! The bathroom for this room was separate and clearly rarely used as it was filthy.

The views from this hotel are stunningly beautiful. The health facilitiies are outstanding and the meals excellent. The beds in this hotel are a bit hard for our taste.

Obwohl das Hotel nach Angaben der Mitarbeiter ausgebucht war, waren das Schwimmbad und der Sauna-, bzw. Wellnessbereich nicht überfüllt. Neben der Möglichkeit zum ausgiebigen Wandern bot das Hotel auch bei schlechtem Wetter Erholung und Entspannung im Innenbereich (großer Fitnessraum). Die öffnungszeiten für die Sauna und das Schwimmbad hätten etwas länger sein können, 19.30 Uhr war bei einem langen Wandertag etwas knapp für den Abend.

Sehr verwinkelter Bau, durch viele Treppen nicht behindertengerecht. Hunde kosten 12 EURO/Nacht !!! (soviel mußten wir in noch keinem anderen Hotel zahlen), Zahlen mit Kreditkarte kostet 2%, dies steht alles nicht im Buchungsbeleg

Das buffet ist wirklich sehr umfangreich und sehr lecker gewesen. Den Wellnessbereich fanden wir sehr geschmackvoll, neu eingerichtet uns hat es rundum gut gefallen und an nichts gefehlt.

Supernettes Personal, auch kinderfreundlich, alles sehr sauber und komfortabel. Essen sehr lecker, gehobene Klasse. Sehr schöne Lage ringsum Berge. Tolle Bade- und Wellnesslandschaft. Jederzeit gerne wieder. schade war nur, dass der Saunabereich ab 19:30Uhr und dass Hallenbad ab 20:00Uhr schließt.

Alles war o.k. Aber daß man nicht mit VISA-Kreditkarte bezahlen konnte, hat uns gewundert. Nur mit einem Aufschlag wäre dies möglich gewesen.Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel müßte das eigentlich selbstverständlich sein.

Великолепный отель! Великолепное, на мой взгляд самое лучшее место в этом районе! Можно не спеша завтракать или отдыхать у бассейна с восхитительным видом на горы и альпийские луга. Отзавчивый и позитивный персонал. Останавливался в этом отеле 5 раз. И в следующий раз приеду именно в этот отель. В Олем пребывание в этом отеле оставляет позитивные ощущения надолго после пребывания.

Ich finde es toll , dass man die Fahrräder ohne Mietpreis erhält, wenn es regnen sollte, hat man bei dem tollen Wellnessangeboten keinesfalls Langeweile. Wir wollten nicht mehr weg.Das Preisleistungsverhältniss ist spietze,auf alle Fälle sollte man sich für die Halbpension entscheiden, sonst versäumt man das Beste

потрясающий отель! теплая атмосфера, стильные интерьеры и предупредительность обслуживающего персонала. возможность поплавать в бассейнах (внутреннем и подогреваемом внешнем), посетить сауну или взять в прокат велосипед. в номере 2 балкона, тв с русским 1 каналом, халаты и тапочки, заботливо уложенные в плетеную корзину. очень сытный ужин из 4-х блюд (салат-бар в виде шведского стола, суп, горячее на выбор и десерт, напитки - платно!). заказывайте полупансион - не пожалеете! :) на завтрак - свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок + куча всяких утренних вкусностей - ммммм... не очень удобный подъезд к отелю. сложность с объяснением на английском языке. но терпеливость и приветливость персонала все окупает. P.S. хорошо бы продублировать меню по-английски! вкус горячего блюда за ужином не всегда "читался" (был пресноватым).

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, ideal zum erholen. Trotz voller Belegung, bekam man von den anderen Gästen nicht viel mit. Das Hotel ist sehr Familiär und freundlich geführt. Der Service ist erstklassig. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber nicht aufdringlich. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer, Restaurant und Poolbereich ist absolut Top. Die Speisen waren sehr lecker und umfangreich, vor allem werden regionale und frische Produkte verwendet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr ausgewogen. Die Pools sind sehr gepflegt und der Saunabereich ein Traum. Man hat viele Möglichkeiten den Tag auch mal komplett im Hotel zu genießen. Wir freuen uns bereits auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt.
