“ We arrived later than the expected arrival time and after a bit of frantic calling of numbers on the door of the hotel, we were kindly directed to a box the we could use a code to access our keys to our rooms. The hotel staff was fantastic in allowing our tardiness in checking in. The rooms were clean, comfortable and I only wish we could have stayed much longer. ”

Actually, we liked everything there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location. And the breakfast!!!! The best you can imagine. The only thing we didn't like is that we had to go back so quickly.

Inchecken verloopt vlot en de ontvangst is vriendelijk Mooie ruime familiekamer voorzien van alle gemakken Ontbijt is prima en ruim voldoende Zwembad, sauna en relaxruimte zijn heerlijk en voorzien van alle gemakken en genoeg handdoeken De kamer was op de begane grond en vrij gehorig met binnenkomende gasten

No water or any drink available in room.Despite I was clearly alone-it has gave me towels, blanket and pillow for one person- I paid taxes for two persons. I waited for 15 minutes during brekfast for a coffe, nobody came to serve me. All other table-German people- were nronally served. Probably this hotel is just for germans....

Facilities like swimming pool, sauna, breakfast, the hotel building and interiors were beautiful and very much bavarian style.. the room in the pictures was much different than the one we actually got. (we got much smaller than one shown in pictures). this is not very much correct but then receptionist mentioned he did have any other rooms :(

We were accomoded in room for 4-person. Very comfortable accommodation. Two large bedrooms, kitchen place, a place to rest, a big terrace, great facilities. Tasty breakfast, so much choice.

Wonderful location within walking distance of resort town on the lake. Nice indoor pool with sauna. Great breakfast and wonderful staff.

Very good breakfast with friendly staff. The flair and the rooms of the second building do not have much in common with the pretty main building. When you do a booking you see pictures of a nice Bavarian Hotel but we ended up in a quite old and sad looking building next to it.

Security is tight. Photocopied passports. Had to complete a detailed checkin form for records. Cnn is available. Musty smell in room. Wifi access only in receptionist area. Given a cramped room.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die Sauberkeit, das tolle Wellnessangebot und besonders das sehr umfangreiche tolle Frühstück zeichnen dieses Hotel aus. Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Excellentes Frühstück. ausgewogen und vielfältig. Sehr zentrale Lage. Großzügiges Hallenbad, Wasser- und Lufttemperatur super. Durch die undichten Fenster wurde unser Zimmer nicht besonders warm, uns waren die Matratzen zu weich.

Das Frühstück wat sehr gut Das Zimmer Nr. 248 stimmt nicht mit dem Bild im Internet überein, das Bad war sehr klein ohne Lüftung und auf dem Klo konnte man kaum sitzen (links die Dusch wand und rechts die Fliesen wand man konnte sich so nicht auf dem Pott entpannen...) 3 Kleine Fenster ab Höhe 1,55 man kam sich wie im Hühnerstall oder Taubenschlag vor... würde das Zimmer unter Dachmasarde einnorden.

Die Lage war optimal. Das Frühstücksbuffett war ganz super, nette Bedienung und auch die Möglichkeit, abends noch etwas zu trinken in einer gepflegten und schönen Umgebung war prima. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und leider nur 1 Nacht im Hotel. Das Bad war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ordentlich und sauber.

Modernes und großes Zimmer, das Bad war ebenfalls sehr groß mit sogar zwei Waschbecken. Für den Preis absolut in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Sehr bequemes und großes Doppelbett. Das Zimmer war recht hellhörig, so hat man deutlich die Spülung im Bad des Nachbarzimmers gehört. Auch hat man andere Gäste gehört, die unten geraucht haben. Je nachdem, wie empfindlich man ist, ist das mitunter störend - für uns war es ok.

Die Zimmer und vor allem das Bad sind zu klein. Im Bad konnte man sich als großer Mensch nicht ordentlich auf die Toilette setzen. Da wir nur eine Nacht übernachtet hatten, spät ankamen und nach dem Frühstück wieder gefahren sind, fanden wir es unverschämt, noch p.P. 2 Euro Kurtaxe zu zahlen.
