Alphotel Ettal  

Loved this Hotel! Friendly front desk, clean modern rooms, nice pool and sauna and close to attractions and hiking trails. Good dining room and complimentary breakfast. Staff fluent in English.

We had no problems with any part of our stay.

Very limited english spoken and no english menu or travel brochures

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome. The room was lovely, with a balcony view which was stunning. A really enjoyable stay. If I could give an 11 I would!

Convenient location, not far from centre of the village and only three miles from Oberammergau. Swimming pool and saunas were very welcome in the cold evenings.

Location to Ettal was good. Colors were harmonious wit a sunny breakfast room. Staff was very helpful.

It's a cozy, elegant und very well kept hotel of modern standard with comfortable rooms (each one has a balcony) which have really everything you need for feeling pampered. There are even bathrobes and slippers in the room. The breakfast is rich and wonderful. They serve dinner too. It's supposed to be very good, so people say. We had unfortunately not the time to try it out. Swimmingpool and saunas are a delight and the wellness programs they offer are very tempting. And for all who can't be without their laptops or tablets: WiFi works perfect.

We stayed for two nights to visit castle's and the monestary and the hotel was more than we expected for the money, clean modern rooms, great resturant and service, breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Location is great for castle's and the scenery is breathtaking, Would definately stay here again.

We thought it was a bit expensive for what they offer. Our room was looking to the main road and it can be quite busy even at night. I would not say that it is a wellness hotel, the wellness are is quite small.

Great country location in a small village near Garmisch-Partenkirchen Restaurant menu was excellent - choice of locals wines and beers made at the Monastery in the village breakfast included - good selection, but as the hotel was usually booked - it was not a good idea to go at a later time room, bathroom, shower top notch + plus an outdoor patio with chairs and table close to the Linderhof Palace and grounds - well worth the visit

the staff was very friendly .small and very pleasant hotel. rooms are very clean .room decoration is simple and comfortably. very nice view from the room.very comfortable bed good value for the money

не в центре. до этталя 10 минут пешком вдоль дороги.

Приятный вид из окна. Предоставление халата, тапочек и доп. полотенца для сауны и бассейна. Наличие лифта.

Тесноватый номер со скошенной крышей на 5 этаже. Скромный ассортимент завтрака. Групповой тур с детьми ( 2 автобуса 8-10 летних подростов из Сибири) создавали много шума и недобств для остальных гостей отеля. Сауна утром не готова для использования (откывается в 7 утра, включается в 8-30,т.е. прогревается к 9-30)

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte presso questo hotel, il personale molto gentile,ci hanno chiesto più volte se era tutto apposto,La camera era pulita e confortevole ,ottima la colazione comodo per la vicinanza al castello di linderhof

Niente di negativo da segnalare ..ci ritornerei volentieri e lo consiglio.
