We read criticisms that the facilities are outdated and that is true but these facilities are quite complete. (We even had scales in our room, imagine!) The town of Konz is rather unattractive but ideal if you are walking the Moselsteig like we did. Hotel is under new management that is still finding its way but is really focused on customer satisfaction.

He gave me a free upgrade to my room the second time. My room was perfect for me. Clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also adequate. All in all I recommend this hotel.
