Spacious rooms. Good location, not too far from shopping and restaurants. We stayed one night which was not enough time to give a really good feedback about the location. Enjoyed the breakfast. The bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was not included, which would have been nice. It was no problem paying for one day, but it would have been costly if we stayed longer. I have to sleep on at least two pillows for medical reasons, and there was only one per person. I had to go hunting for pillows in the closets in the hall. Maybe you could leave extra pillows for your guests in the rooms. The shower curtain had mold all along the bottom. I had to put the curtain out of the tub, which of course allowed some water to spill on to the floor, but I was not going to let the curtain touch my skin. However, the rest of the bathroom was very clean. The staff did not prepare the sofa bed for our boys even though we listed that we had two children when we booked the room. When I called for sheets, we were given two fitted sheets and nothing else. So, I again had to search for sheets, blankets and pillows for our boys.
Restaurant, breackfast were good. Room was very interesting, very modern.
Its a little tacky but I guess in Europe that's what you pay for 3 star hotel! Bed was comfy and shower was good! Towels were old and had holes in it and the room was too cold! Good breakfast and staff was friendly!
Quite a lovely hotel.the decoration is adorable and everything is good.
pretty good. location is nice.
Very clean room, confortable. Near to de centre city. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Good value for the price.
The wifi connection is very poor at 4th floor.
Large room, clean , good location. Good breakfast at 10 E each. Nice kitchenette well stocked.
Door over tub very difficult to operate...also, tub very hard to get in and out due to door. Very slippery.
Location is good & staff are very helpful. Car park across the road is nearby & safe
The beds are very hard & creaked every time we moved
We had the corner room at the top floor, which was very spacious and had a nice seating area with a nice view. This may have been an upgrade as we didn't book the most expensive room. The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. The night porter even checked our name before handing over the key which gave us a secure feeling. The room is very tastefully furnished and has a nice bathroom. The room has a small but well appointed kitchenette which was great. It also provides an iron and board and would be very suitable for extended stays. The hotel offers the option to park in the residents only area for EUR3 per night or a private parking lot across the street for EUR10.
Despite the nicely furnished room I really could not get comfortable in bed and had a very poor night sleep that I ended sleeping on the short sofa. The matrass is some sort of foam that mentioned to be ergonomically shaped, but it didn't work for me. Fair to say that my partner slept very well, so I guess it is personal. The room was very clean, but it seemed the bath was skipped the last time and we had to clean it ourselves before taking a bath.
Central Location, walking distance to town & Castle, etc. Good value breakfast
Its clean but that's about it
It staff are not interested one bit We booked 1 room 2 nights they had us down for 2 rooms 1 night no showing you to room no help with bags no showing you where garage is half way down the street Our room was newly done nice on 1st Impression but wow what a shock everything is poorly done taps loose, fixing not on properly on shower all cheaply done but the 3 biggest problems are windows have no child locks and can fully open we was on the 4th floor and sheer drop, you can not isolate the hob so a child can turn knob and it's on as knobs are at the front, my wife caught knob with her bag didn't see she has and put it on top and burnt it But biggest problem is the heat our room was 82' whilst we was there and no air con neither of us slept there is a fan but it's useless and noisy so your either hot or can't sleep because of noise of fan But as I said at the start of this the staff are not interested in the guests one bit and no manager available
The lobby is very nice. The clerk was ready and helpful. The room was clean.
There was some cleaning noise in the morning.
Recommended restaurant was excellent. Great location away from potential noise. Good facilities.
very friendly and helpful staff.
a part of the hotel is still not renovated, the old rooms are a bit expensive for what they offer.
This hotel is beautifully decorated and the room was very comfortable. Every detail was thought out to make the stay comfortable. This is hotel is far nicer than most four star hotels and some five star. The staff were excellent.
Comfortable beds, excellent staff, great location
Parking on a nearby street instead of being able to park in a secure or at least adedicated lot
-the comfort, furniture, layout , lighting, TV and sound
the parking is on the streets around the hotel
The hotel was down a fairly quiet side street - apart from the night that Germany won the World Cup! The room was lovely and spacious - very clean and quite opulent. Lifts and stairs to the ground floor. Parking available over the road. Close to the town centre - so very convenient location
Good big room. Modern and stylish. Comfy beds. Good breakfast.
pretty nice room
there is no air conditioner in the room so it's a little bit hot in summer days
Comfortable clean recently renovated rooms and bathrooms. Loved the lobby/breakfast area. It was so bright and welcoming and the breakfast served was very good too with many choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. The location is not right in the center of old town so it was nice an quiet at night as well.
Room has no AC and we were there when it was really hot. There was a fan in the room which we had to run through the night because even with open windows it was very hot.
interior of the room we stayed. We booked two rooms - one studio which equips a kitchenet for two and one triple room decorated with a romantic European fireplace.
a bit far both from the main station and from the downtown
Impressive sized room, nicely designed on top of building ( 4th floor)
Bathroom shower/bath no properly designed (shower water on the floor); too noisy ( traffic); and last but not least: No or minimum elevator capacity
*Good staff *Good breakfast *Nice room
*It was very hot and A\C in the room would have been nice. *I would also have liked a bath as well or instead of a shower
