Alle kinderen tot 6 jaar oud verblijven gratis in het hotel, wanneer er gebruik wordt gemaakt van de reeds aanwezige bedden.
Alle kinderen tot 2 jaar oud betalen EUR 10,00 per persoon per nacht babybedjes inbegrepen.
Alle oudere kinderen of volwassenen betalen EUR 15,00 per persoon per nacht extra bedden inbegrepen.

Ligging op wandelafstand van oude-stadscentrum.Mogelijkheid om met een 24-uurs bewonerskaart, voorgesteld door het hotel, aan 3 EUR, toch te parkeren. Lawaai van de straat. Onmogelijkheid om (zonder tijdelijke bewonerskaart) te parkeren. |

The rooms were clean and the staff was very accommodating. We had to leave earlier than breakfast is normally served, but they allowed us to eat early. Of course, they charged us 9 Euro. The price of the room was so low, that in my mind it was a fair price. The room was recently redocorated and quite comfortable. The bathroom was very small and the shower area was under a slant in the ceiling. I don't know how a tall person could comfortably take a shower. |

The rooms were squeaky clean and hotel staff was amazingly nice and helpful. Free WiFi was a nice option as well. Perhaps breakfast shall be included in the price. However it is not a problem to find a place to have delicious breakfast nearby. |

The staff was very friendly throughout the duration of our stay. The room that we stayed in looked very recently renovated. It was a modern, very clean, and comfortable hotel room. It had a nice bathroom with a shower and complimentary soap/shampoo, comfortable bed, and a flat screen tv. We kept our dog in the room for no extra charge. The price of the hotel was surprisingly low for such a nice hotel. The hotel is located down the street from the fussgangerzone, or pedestrian zone, and it took us about 10 minutes to walk there. There are a lot of great bars and restaurants in the ped zone, and a lot of shopping. There was some remodeling going on during our stay, but it did not take away from the great time that we had. The remodeling was going on a floor down from us, and we did not have to pass it to get around the hotel. Remember, there must be some mess during remodeling before the beauty at the end. |

The hotel is cozy and very well situated (walking distance both from the train station and the old city center). The rooms are big and comfortable, extremely clean. Good quality/price ratio. |

Nice hotel with central location, a parking is near by. Quite place but also near to the city center. Very good breakfast with hot dishes. Very friendly and helpful staff. The bathroom had a bathtube that was great in December. It was cold in the room, because the heating was turned on at late evening. Parking is not just behind the hotel (it is not a big minus), so it is better to take bags to the hotel first and then go to park a car. |

The condition and cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Probably the best thing about the hotel was the front desk staff members. They were extremely helpful and friendly. My computer had difficulty connecting to their wireless network, so the let me use their own laptop for the evening. Thant was very kind and generous! Everything there was great! I felt that perhaps the breakfast buffet should have been included in the cost of the room. It was also very good and the staff person in charge of the buffet was very nice and friendly as well. |

The hotel is conveniently located in the Alt Stadt area, near restaurants and shopping. Hotel also is conveniently located near the Heidelberg Xmas Markt. Rooms are comfortable. Parking near the hotel was sometimes difficult. |

Nice and clean room, a huge lcd Tv and a nice view. I could easily find a parking space outside the hotel and was provided with a free parking ticket from the reception. The room was a bit loud, probably due to the aging window fittings. Avoid the smoking rooms. |
