We'd requested a quiet room, but if this was a quiet room I'd hate to see the alternative. All night long we were awoken either by the noise inside due to squeaky doors, elevator doors and very thin walls or from outside (the bar is right there and everyone gathers outside to smoke and chat loudly, sing, yell, etc.). Wifi wouldn't work most of the time unless I went out into the hall to get the signal and then sign in….again. Furniture was old and outdated, carpet worn. Hotel is showing its age and basically getting by on its location. They provided liquid hand soap in the shower and beside the sink. The soap had been watered down until it was literally the consistency of water so it dribbled through your hands. It took forever to get washed up and I know we wasted a ton as it ran through our hands. Come on, don't be so cheap so as to not provide decent soap. In this respect, I would say the hotel is between 2-3 stars at most.
Location in the middle of old town was great. Easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see while there.
