What a lovely Hotel, all staff are very friendly, special thanks to Vereena and Anika sorry we did not get chance to say bye bye. Rooms very clean and comfortable, dining in is a treat, would recommend the food most highly, good selection of choices, to suit all. Situation of Hotel was great for our party as we have friends locally. We would all definitely book this hotel again. Only comment really and it is not a complaint, would love to see hospitality tray in room, as we Brits do love a 1, 2, 3 or more cups of tea!!!

Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Bei dem etwas zu einfach gestalteteten Fassadenbild des Hotels von aussen vermutet man diese Innenausstattung, auch die des Restaurantes nicht unmittelbar.

Herzlicher Empfang, schönes komfortables Zimmer, kleines elegantes Restaurant mit guter Küche und aufmerksamem Service, ein rundum angenehmes stilvolles Hotel für Genießer. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen. Es gab nichts Negatives!

Die Villa ist ein wunderschön restauriertes historisches Gebäude (Fachwerk/Jugendstil), wird als Familienhotel geführt und das Personal tut alles, damit man sich zuhause fühlt. Das Restaurant hebt sich wohltuend von der üblichen rustikalen Westerwald-Küche ab, hat eine abwechslungsreiche Karte und sehr gute Weine, und das alles zu fairen Preisen. Außerdem ist es gemütlich dort und man kann durchaus einen ganzen Abend dort verbringen. Jetzt, im Sommer, kommt noch die schöne Terrasse dazu. In der Nähe der Wiesensee und der Westerwald-Steig. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Sa proximité près du wiesensee. Sa déco "ancienne" préservée. Belle restauration de l'ensemble. Très propre et très calme !! Grand parking. La nourriture un peu quelconque et surtout, assez grasse. Très copieuse. Réservé aux grands appétits !! Dommage, on aurait souhaité qu'elle soit + raffinée ....

Nach einem anstrengendem Wanderwochenende kam ich im Hotel Bender an. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und ich fühlte mich sehr willkommen. Die Alte Landratsvilla wurde mit sehr viel Liebe renoviert und besitzt einen Charme aus vergangenen Tagen. Die Zimmer (Einzelzimmer) sind geräumig und haben ein schönes Bad. Alles ist sehr sauber. Das Abendessen war sehr gut und beim Frühstück blieben auch keine Wünsche übrig. Ich werde gerne wiederkommen.

Staff was very friendly and spoke English, rooms were well equiped, the building is very old, but reconstructed nicely, so you can enjoy beaufiful old style in a modern comfortable dressing, restaurant in the hotel is OK-food is good and they have beer:-) I will definitely return to this hotel if I go on a business trip to this area again. I strongly recommend this hotel, great service for good price. The bed was not too comfortable I missed tv programs in English, only German chanels were there

Das Hotel habe ich schon zum zweiten Mal für eine übernachtung während meiner Wanderwoche ausgewählt. Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, sie Zimmer sauber und die Lage für Wanderungen auf dem Westerwaldsteig ideal. Ich werde gerne wiederkommen.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, modern gestaltet und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zeiten vom Frühstück und von vom auschecken empfanden wir als sehr früh. Unser Zimmer war etwas klein. Gepäck musste immer hoch gestellt werden, damit man Platz zum treten hatte.
