大聖堂、旧市街まで徒歩１０分、静かな住宅地にあるがロケーションは良い。朝食もバラエティーに富んでいた- 。

Just a ten minute walk from the centre of Bamberg in pleasant leafy area. I had a large room with a sunny balcony looking over the Altenberg. The breakfast was excellent.

We made a reservation for a double room and we found out that the room is on the high floor where there is no elvator. After only one email, they upgraded us to a more comfortable room at a lower floor and no additional cost. Excellent clean and large room, great breakfast and plenty free parking. Very recomended.

It was close to the old town centre and was easy to get to off the highway. Also it had free parking. Breakfast was awesome!!!!

Nothing to say. Just ok.

I cannot sleep because of bedbites I see more than twenty of this little creatures and I take a video of it , it is just horrible.

Very quiet, plenty of parking, good breakfast, co-operative staff-let me park the car there for the rest of the morning even though I had checked out.

Good location - not too far from sights and at the same time quite far from the tourist paths, so the place was quiet enough. The best was the hotel staff - friendly, helpful, well speaking English. Good continental breakfast with plenty of choice. Free parking.

The parking was not large enough. We arrived at 7 P.M. and managed to stand a car at the last free place. But somebody arrived later...

Quiet place, reasonable value for the money. All equipment in good function.

Despite looking like a 1960s multi-storey car park (and in such a beautiful city as Bamberg !), it is quite nice inside, with spacious, comortable rooms. Excellent shower ! Quiet position, within 10-15 minutes walk of the old town centre, where there are loads of places to eat (the hotel does not do evening meals). Good parking, and fairly easy to find. Excellent service at breakfast.

The rooms face south east, and receive the full sun - with no air con they can get rather warm. Outside sitting area a bit shabby.

Very quaint, great location for walking in Bavaria, old style German decor,most accommodating Staff.

Room was quite dark.

Parking was a nightmare. Construction was at the front of the hotel.

With approximate 30 mins walk, you can go to the main tourist attractions in town. Breakfast was ok. Free parking on site.

Had some difficult to find this hotel at night even with a gps. As with many hotels in Europe, no air condition.

Altenburgblick has friendly staff who speak good English, which, in my experience, a lot of hotel staff in Bavaria / Franconia don'T. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the hotel is only a short walk to Bamberg centre and other interesting parts of town. When I return to Bamberg I will try to book here first.

Extremely tiny bathroom with toilet squashed between wall and wash basin, nearly impossible to use - very uncomfortable 15 minute walk from the city centre, bus service until 6pm only

We loved the location in the centre of Quedlinburg, the huge room and the sense of history! The staff were friendly and very helpful and the room was immaculately clean. I hope to come back some day! I have alredy recommended the hotel to several german friends.

Beautiful views od surrounding countryside and mountains. In an intersting suburb that I wouldn't have gone to otherwise. Clean, freindly, efficient Staff. Excellent late 60's architecure - very well kept vintage. Great European breakfast.

A very good value for money, spacious room, with a wonderful balcony looking onto an ancient castle on a hilltop. Brilliant breakfast included in the price. Allnight personel for late night returns ;o] Will for sure use same hotel again.

Very pleasant surroundings and close to the centre of Bamburg. A very good breakfast included in the reasonable price as well as free parking and wi-fi internet. Excellent value! We would come again
