Inte bara gästerna var snobbar - även personalen var lite väl snorkig....Stämningen kändes inte vänligt, bara snobbigt. Stod i bokningen att där skulle vara soffa på rummet. Det var där inte. Gammal choklad i minibaren.

Bra utrustning och generösa utrymmen. Bra parkering.

Mycket vänlig och omtänksam personal.Bekväma ,rena och fina rum. Fantastiskt läge,nära till allt.Mycket bra service.

Tyvärr levde inte restaurangen upp till hotellets höga standard. Saknade möjlighet att fixa kaffe och te på rummet.

Mycket bra läge. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

No conditioner in the bath room

I particularly remember the friendliness of the staff, specially the efficient concierge staff that made our stay superb with their excellent suggestions.

Decent spacious comfortable rooms, quiet, close to centre, nice spa (hardly anyone else there!).

Slightly odd sliding door on wardrobe. No point in taking breakfast as it is five times the price of the cafes round the corner.

as some have said, the bar/lounge has a very cheap, temporary feel to it. It doesn't even have real walls. The staff did their best however to make time spent there pleasant. Weather permitted sitting outside one day and that was very nice.

Good location, with very friendly staff. Spacious rooms, nice design, great bathrooms and possibly the best bed I ever slept in. Free wi-fi, small but very nice spa area with pool. Nice canal-side terrace with afternoon sun.

Awful building from the outside, expensive breakfast.

Excellent location - rooms are very clean and stylish. Lovely bathroom and bed was amazingly comfortable. Spa in basement is small, but perfect to chill out an relax, sauna, steam room etc.

Not much - Free wifi is incredibly slow and almost unusable. Pool is not large enough to swim in. Could have a better choice of pillows in the room.

Location.

Huge construction side opposite the hotel. Getting a wake up noise from jack hammers at 8am in the mornings isn't what we had been looking for. Sauna/spa - quite smelly and not properly taken care of.

Staffs are very friendly and Rooms are really nice.

The room for single person is a little bit small and there is no bath (only shower)....

Smart hotel, great location. Good to have a 12:00 checkout rather than 11 as many hotels. Polite staff, modern, quite a good spa area, good room, comfy bed, absolutely no noise from outside or other rooms - I'd come back

Terrible wifi for iPhone - dropping connection every minute. A repeated issue from many on feedback websites. (Ipad was OK). I don't have problems with the iPhone anywhere else. If McDonalds or the Starbucks across the road can get wii right, surely a 5* hotel can). Other things that didn't bother me so much but I noted: curtains were moth eaten with holes - housekeeping should have seen this and replaced. Bar didn't feel like a bar - more a collection of seats and tables too close to each other. Shame the sauna was out of order and no-one mentioned this at check-in. Very small steam room - seats for 6 although more than 3 people becomes quite intimate

Tried to use A-Club voucher and didn't work. This is the second time I couldn't redeem it. The Accor hotel loyalty program is not worth it. Food is too expensive (tried it at a previous stay) and worth it.

The hotel is in a great location less than a 5 minute walk from the main square and trendy shopping area. The hotel is very modern and offers lots of space to relax outside of your room.

We had a lot of trouble when checking in. I was traveling with my mother and had requested 2 beds when making the reservation. At check-in we were given a room key for a room with a king size bed only. We were then taken to another room only to find it had a king size bed only. We then were told our room wasn't ready and to come back later. When we checked in later that day we found our room had two beds but were not separated and after moving the beds apart ourselves found that they did not offer much space between beds. We also discovered a glass panel separating the bathroom and bedroom that did not offer any privacy when showering. House- keeping came and put up a white sheet in front of the glass panel. I was told by the check-in staff that the glass panel was a feature in all rooms. I would not recommend this hotel if you are sharing a room with someone you do not wish to be intimate with.
