Over 300 years old, this family-run guest house offers comfortably furnished rooms and free Wi-Fi. It lies on the outskirts of Bad Tölz, a 15-minute walk from the historic Old Town. All rooms at the Altes Zollhaus come with cable TV and a private bathroom. A rich breakfast buffet is provided each morning. The Zollhaus restaurant serves traditional Bavarian and Bohemian dishes. The town of Bad Tolls is lovely and it is a nice 20 minute walk into the old town from the hotel. The buffet breakfast were good with plenty of choice. The hotel is situated next to a road so there is some rtraffic noise at night. The view from the front bedrooms is non existant as they look directly onto an apartment block which is currently under renovation. The menus are in German and the bar closed at 9pm on a night

Hotel ma swoistą atmosferę, jest dobrze zlokalizowany. Właściciele to mili ludzie. Wiekowy budynek błaga o remont. Wewnątrz jest dość ciasno (zwłaszcza w urządzonej w przaśnym, regionalnym, kiczowatym stylu jadalni) I unosi się dość przykry zapach. Lampki przy łóżkach nie działały, internet udawał, że działa, a o widoku z okna lepiej nie wspominać. Pokój nr 2 to prawdopodobnie najgorszy pokój w hotelu - niby znajduje się na piętrze, a po wyjrzeniu przez okno ma się wrażenie, że jest się w suterenie. Przybytek wyraźnie wymaga doinwestowania. Szkoda, że nikt o tym nie myśli, bo hotel ma duszę.

Freundlicher Service Essen war nicht so toll. Matratzen und Rost ist katastrophe. Wer keinen Wert auf komfort legt kann gerne hingehen, aber vorsicht ist sehr teuer.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, vor allem der wirklich nette böhmische Wirt! Bei Ankunft bekamen wir eine 5€ Ermässigungskarte für des Alpamare. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, schön hell und sehr sauber. Das Restourant im Haus ist sehr fein,tolle Küche. Jederzeit wieder. Der Eingangsbereich ist sehr klein und durch die niedrige Raumhöhe erdrückend.
