Very good service at the reception, personal is very friendly and helpful. Room with balcony was beautiful, cosy and quiet. Breakfast was very good with many different sortiments. Very good value for money. I would certainly recommend this hotel to everybody.

Well cleaned room, Good location, 5min walk from Haputbanhof and OST str U bahn station. Immerman Str, Japanese restaurant are nearby. even working days 16:00-9:00, you can park your car in front public road free of charge. Breakfast is nice quality. Very supportive staff at reception. Price is also reasonable.

a bit noisy road sound but all nearyby hotels have same enviroment. If you like the good point of this hotel, you should try.

The room was really tidy and very clean; fesh linen and clean towels. The bathroom was very clean aswell. The check-in and the staff were really nice and friendly. The whole hotel made a warm expression. The breakfast buffet was very good; eggs, salmon, good variety of bread and nice selection of cheese and ham. Only minutes walking distance to the Koenigsallee.

I liked the hotel's location, reasonable room prices, and each and every staff member I encountered were polite and friendly. The hotel also offers a great complimentary breakfast. Also, internet connection was important to me and my room had an excellent and strong signal.

Breakfast is really reach! Staf is fantastic. It's my second visit to the hotel and I will come back for sure.

I have stayed in this hotel every time when I am arriving to Dusseldorf (6 times). Warm friendly atmosphere, attentive stuff, excellent breakfast and many different things - there is a visiting card of this hotel. So, my advice for the travelers - this is the best budget hotel in Dusseldorf.

Hotel Alt Graz is just far enough from the station to be outside the tacky area which is typical of the surroundings of a Hauptbahnhof. A vigorous five minutes walk - which took me past a smelly hot-dog stall and several folk sitting on the pavement in a dense cloud of cannabis smoke - brings the visitor to the quiet and pleasant part of town where the hotel stands.

The staff were the friendliest I have ever come across and helped us tremendously with our language barrier and any other service we required. The hotel is only 5 mins walk to the central railway station, information centre and restaurants/cafes. Our apartment was not ultra modern but it was very comfortable and clean - it suited our purpose very well and the room rate for a penthouse apartment was excellent. Breakfast (included in room cost) was well catered and we had free internet. We were extremely happy with our choice and would not hesitate in staying there again.

There is no elevator but we didn't have to carry our own cases, the staff did that for us.

The Breakfast buffet was excellent but the highpoint of the Hotel is, without doubt, it' excellent staff........THANKS
