Close to the Litle Tokio (as we needed) and close to the Altstadt. Nice breakfast.
I liked free WiFi, location in city centre.
In room was little cold.
Need to add street number to Hotel info.
Good bed, best breakfast for a long time, quick and friendly, a lovely room with a view to quiet inner block. Cute paintings all over the house, not something u see too often. A bit over-romantic for my taste, but I woulnd´t complain!
Room was quite cold, so if u are not used to that (brittish are, we finns not!) it might be uncomfortable.
location breakfast parking
too soft pillow
location, near the station many food spots nearby
friendly staff, good breakfast. big apartment and bathroom.convenient location close to Main train station only about 5mins walk.
we booked an apartment, it was cold at night even put heating on still very cold. we used hotel car park for a few hours the hotel owner told us he could gave to us a bit discount for a parking because of a short parking time (for a day parking fee was 9 Euro.) but when we check out next morning the hotel staff told me she could not give me discounts because she couldn't change system. So it was disappointed!
nice breakfest, nice staff everything was wonderful
staff, clean room, great breakfast, location
1)Friendly staff 2)Variety and quality of the breakfast
Very good location. 10 minutes walk to Alt Statt and 5 minutes to the central station. Breakfast was quite diverse from fresh fruits to yoghurts, bread and cornflakes. Rooms where clean and spatious and the girl at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful and offered me a drink because my room wasn't ready when I arrived. Free WiFi is always a plus and because of the side entrance the hotel is very quite and relax.
Room wasn't finished when I arrived. Parking is quite expensive and very narrow. After 11 p.m. the reception closes so there's really no way to get your car from the parking lot. I asked for a 2 person bed because I was staying with my girlfriend but I got a room with 2 seperate single beds and they are arranged in such a way that it isn't just simple moving the matrasses together. That was not an option unless if you can sleep in an angle of 45 degrees...
A very nice room (thought it was single). Good wi-fi connection, breakfast with hot dishes and a large bottle of mineral water in the room free of charge. Close to the Hauptbahnhof (10 minutes by foot) and Old Town (15 min by foot), some restaurants neraby.
The lift was broken so it was quite hard to get to the 4th floor
Everything was according to what one would expect for a 3-star hotel in a central city location: clean, large and quiet room (our room was to the back side of the building), excellent breakfast, friendly staff, fast wireless and just 10 min walk from central station and 15 min to old city (Altstadt).
The location is really nice! 10 minutes walk from Center, plus you have a lot of restaurants and bars in the area. The staff was really nice and whenever I had a problem they fixed it really fast. I would definitely stay there again
Internet connection was a bit slow for 1 day
First we had penthouse but we moved to apartment after one night Clean and big Apartment Near Hbf (5min walking) Helpful Staff High Speed internet Quiet bedroom
Penthouse without elevator (do not select if you have old person) Somehow old-ish design penthouse a little bit smelly penthouse
Very friendly helpful staff. Spacious comfortable room Quiet street in easy distance of Main Railway Station/Ubahn. Good breakfast. Would stay there again
Had a comfortable bed and good breakfast.
Staff hospitality, breakfast
Location is close to the train station (5 mins walk) and the center/shopping (15 mins walk). Balcony was big enough to do morning exercise. WiFi works well.
Stayed in a single room with a very small bed and very simple furniture. Everything is OK, but website pictures suggest more luxurious comfort.
We only stayed one night and didn't want to spend a lot of money. Hotel Alt Graz is very good value for your money. Close to everything you want to see and do in Düsseldorf. The staff were very helpful, explained about all the sights and we could park the car a little longer without extra costs.
I had arrived earlier than expected, in the meantime all paperwork was taken care of and an excellent coffee provided!
Minor quibble but i would have liked a kettle with tea/coffee in the room.
The staff Breakfast Free WiFi Location
Scaffolding being erected nearby at 8am but that was out of the hotel's control
Noisy, plus they did works at 7am Saturday in front of my window!! ≫:[ Second day when I went back, the door was unlocked!!!!! >>:[[ When I checked out, the woman told me I had made a phone call, which I didn't. She showed me the time and number and it was at a time I was not in my room!! ... That is, the staff shamelessly make calls from the rooms, and then charge it to guests!! Unglaublich!!!! Plus the guy at the reception looked at me as if he was making me a favor: always unhappy, grumpy face... gosh!! AVOID!
Everything starting from staff, facilities, delicious breakfast and so on. Every year when I am at Düsseldorf, I stay here with pleasure.
