These apartments are located in the centre of the university city of Augsburg. Ideal for long stays, they are fitted with fully equipped kitchens and have been lovingly, individually furnished. The Altstadt Appartements offer 1, 2 and 3-room apartments which are spacious and comfortable. Features include wooden and stone flooring, and pretty, cottage-style furniture. A fitness room is available if you would like a work-out. Augsburg's marketplace and Rathaus (town hall) are just a 5-minute walk from the apartments. Apartments: 3

Complessivamente la comodità dell'appartamento Il Tv non funzionava (ma ho già avuto una nota di scuse dai responsabili, cosa che ho molto apprezzato). L'indirizzo dell'appartamento non è corretto (forse è quello della sede legale della società); per arrivare a destinazione ho dovuto chiamare un taxi.

Bahnhof ist ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr autoritärer Stil (2 seitige Hausordnung), Keine reale Kundenorientierung.

*Viele Schlafmöglichkeiten, *ein tolles Bad *Nichtraucherzimmer *gute Lage der Appartements am Rand des Stadtzentrums *generell sauber wirkendes Appartement (bis auf die WC-Wandfliesen) *nette Hausdame *Möglichkeit des Waschens der Wäsche *Parkplatzsituation (trotz Mietparkplatz, denn auch der ist extrem eng), *Appartement mit insgesamt fünf Schlafplätzen aber im Essbereich nur 3 Stühlen => wo sollen da fünf Personen essen/frühstücken können? *Sauberkeit im WC: bräunl. Flecken an den Fliesen.. *im Hausflur riecht es sehr sehr unangenehm nach Zigarettenrauch, der vom Personal verursacht wird *eher schlechte Ereichbarkeit der "Rezeption"
