First of all, this is not a hotel, which means there is no reception desk, no room service, no breakfasts, no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom. If you need anything, there is no way to reach anyone. Staff barely speaks English. Visa cards are not accepted, and I got almost yelled at when I was trying to discuss the alternative way to make a payment. To use WiFi you will have to enter password for each connection (every time you turn the screen of your phone or tablet off). The last day of my 5-day stay it didn't work at all (again, no way to contact anyone regarding the issues).
I brought several shirts with me that had to be ironed, so I asked for the iron. The hostess looked for it for ~20 minutes and then said "at the moment we don't have it. If we find it, we'll put it into your room". Needless to say, they never did.
Location is rather good, price is low.
