They have a fine place right in the center of old Potsdam. Rooms are big, clean and warm. The breakfast is quite good too. I would likely choose elsewhere in the future because their internet is so restrictive (charge by the hour and only works in the lobby).

Beste Stadtlage, gutes Frühstück. Um das Zimmer im Altbau 3. Etage Dachgeschoß zu erreichen, mußte man 55 Stufen steigen. Bei heißem Wetter sind in dem Zimmer Lüftungsprobleme zu erwarten.

Sehr guter Service, gutes Frühstück und Kuchen-/ Tortenangebot. Serviceorientiertes Personal und sehr sauberes Hotel. Inhaberpaar hat sich freundlich gekümmert. Die Herstellung des Zanderfilets (Silvesterabend) sollte nochmal trainiert werden.

Personal muy agradable y servicial. Buena ubicacion en el centro cerca de la parada del tram/autobus. Restaurante acogedor con buen desayuno a partir de las 6.30. Todo muy limpio!!

Die zentrale LAge, das Frühstücksbuffet und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter Die Zimmer müßten unbedingt renoviert werden, das betrifft den abgenutzten, sichtlich abgetretenen Teppich sowie die Matratzen, welche sehr durchgelegen sind und der Schlafkomfort deshalb ungenügend war. Die Zimmer sind im Winter relativ kalt und schlecht isoliert.

trotz zentraler Lage hatten wir ein super ruhiges Zimmer kleine Schönheitsreparaturen im Bad könnten durchgeführt werden. zu viele alte Dübel sind so belassen worden.Sieht einfach nicht so schön aus.

Lugnt och centralt läge, nära till gågata. Hotellet har ingen egen parkering men det går bra att stå på gatan utanför. Gångavstånd till den fantstiska parken, slottet san souci. Enkel och smidig resa till Berlin med tåg, prisvärt med endagsbiljett.

Buona posizione in centro ma le camere fredde ed il riscaldamente almeno nella mia fuzionava poco.non parlano in glese e quindi per farsi capire è stato un problema. Colazione buona non ho provato il ristorante non ci ritornerei per il freddo non c'è ascensore

Budna, niesprzątnięta łazienka - zużyte mokre ręczniki na podłodze, śmiecie, brudne szklanki do mycia zębów. Nie reklamowaliśmy, ponieważ do hotelu przyjechaliśmy późno I nie mieliśmy siły na procedurę zmiany pokoju. Wyrzuciliśmy jedynie brudy na korytarz. Poza tym w dniu przyjazdu straszliwy fetor na klatce schodowej, przypominający zepsute mięso. Nie polecam hotelu.

Lage im Innenstadtbereich,Frühstücksangebot Kein Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung, nur Parkhaus ca 400m entfernt mit Aufpreis von 20.-€ für 2 Übernachtungen,Zimmer war nur über Außeneisentreppe im 3. Stock erreichbar,laute Schrittgeräuche wenn andere Hotelgäste ihr Zimmer aufsuchten.

Trotz Angabe, dass ein Nichtraucher-Zimmer gewünscht, wurde ein 'ehemaliges' Raucherzimmer als Nichtraucherzimmer deklariert. Das Zimmer war nicht renoviert und stank nach 'kaltem Rauch' - für einen Nichtraucher eine Zumutung. Ein Tausch war nicht möglich, da dass Hotel ausgebucht war.
