The breakfast was really nice, with great variety. The hotel was very quiet although it was located near Hauptstrasse and Bismarckplatz.

The sheets in the bed were not actually sheets, they were just a cover. Although the room was quite warm it felt kind of funny.

Great hotel right in the old section of town. Clean and quiet room. Wonderful staff. Excellent value for the rate.

Kind and nice staff, small but juicy breakfast, clean rooms and bed. I didn't expect that much but had peaceful night. If chances come to me, I would like to introduce this hotel to whom may plan to visit Heidelberg.

Hard to find the location(though I arrived there almost 0 o'clock at night) Hope they make marks with neonlights.

Good included breakfast, clean room, good location to shopping, restaurants, the river, museums and more.

Have to pay at check in, check in required info that other hotels didn't ask for-like your birth date, passport etc., dark hallways, housekeeping cleaning room at 3:30 when we returned from a day around town-you'd think it would be done by then.

Good location not too far from train station or the castle - 10/15 minute walk to each. Room was a good size and clean.

Very difficult to find as it is in a lane and the signage is poor - we had to ask for help from a local. Had no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage you'll need to pack it up the stairs.

Nähe zur Altstadt, eigentlich ganz ruhig.

Viel zu kleiner Frühstücksraum, schlechtes Frühstück, unaufmerksame Mitarbeiter!

tatsächlich mitten in der Altstadt von Heidelberg, sehr schlicht und klein aber liebevoll eingerichtet. Frühstück ausgiebig und lecker. Zimmer raumig trotz der kleine grösse des Hotels und auch sehr praktisch und schmackvoll eingerichtet.

L'emplacement dans le centre d'Heidelberg (ballades piétones, communications bus-trams, accès parkings...) et la tranquillité des chambres placées à l'arrière.

La petite taille de la chambre et exiguité de la salle de bain-toilette, ainsi que le peu de rangement; l'absence d'ascenseur.

Die gute Lage

Es ist sehr laut und hat keine eigene Parkmöglichkeit

Bien que situé à deux pas de la Bismarckplatz mais dans une petite rue, cet hôtel est particulièrement silencieux (surtout les chambres donnant sur l'arrière-cour).
