It is a small hotel, but the location very good near shopping centre, and the services provided very good, , good breakfast, , the staff all friendly.

The hotel is right in the middle of the shopping district of Heidelberg. Very easy access to trains and buses. Its quiet and the staff is friendly For the price I paid I can't complain about anything.

Location was good for strolling down the Alstadt, eateries and shopping aplenty, close to river and castle. Room was hot, no air or fan, towels were threadbare and crunchy for price of room, on 3rd floor no lift, 57 stairs. Otherwise was ok.

The hotel was convenient for the old town and shopping. The breakfast was continental but the choice was good . The beds were very hard and the pillows were full of air. There was no lift and four flights of stairs to climb so be careful when booking, apart from that it was well located andthe breakfast was good.

Goed en vriendelijk personeel! Nette kamers. Ontbijt prima, ontbijtruimte wat krap (dus gezellig) Bank-slaapbed wat te "licht" voor een volwassen man zoals ik.

die zentrale lage, in der altstadt, unweit der grössten bus und tramhaltestelle. mein zimmer war sehr hell, und absolut ruhig, mit einer schönen sicht auf die hügel von heidelberg. das zimmer war blitzesauber!!! an der rezeption konnte man immer fragen und bekam auch hilfen. der frühstücksraum ist sehr eng, und wenn das hotel voll besetzt wäre, wohl sehr ungemütlich. wenn es wenide gäste hat, so ist es schon i.o. das frühstück selbst ist , für deutsche verhältnisse, sehr bescheiden.aber man bekommt absolut genug!!!!

freundlicher Empfang Zimmer fuer eine Nacht in ordnung Parkplatz in der Naehe fuer 15 Euro/Nacht zu teuer, Zimmerpreis zu hoch fuer die Ausstattung z. B. kleinst TV. Schwierig zu erreichen da in der Fussgaengerzone und man Wissen muss wo sich P.-Platz befindet. Keine info ueber Parkplatz

Mi hanno addebitato due volte sulla carta di credito il costo del soggiorno.Stanze e struttura non all'altezza del prezzo,corridoio davanti alla mia stanza al buio,pulizia scadente.Prezzo alto per il servizio offerto.Colazione scarsa.Non lo consiglio assolutamente,se non per la posizione,ma di fianco c'e' n'e' un altro assolutamente migliore.

Хорошее месторасположение отеля. Чистый, нормальный отель, маленький номер, окна выходили во внутренний двор отеля "Золотая роза", номер тихий. Нет лифта, затруднительно таскать чемоданы на верхний этаж. Персонал на рецепции работает с 8-00 до 20-00, в остальное время ты сам решаешь свои проблемы. Утром рано уезжали в аэропорт, завтраком не покормили, т.к. завтрак только с 8 утра. Странная оплата за вай-фай 5 эвро до 11 утра, в независимости во сколько ты его оплатил, в 11 утра плати опять.

Ho tentato di prenotare telefonicamente e mi è stato detto di inviare una e-mail dove specificare il prezzo pattuito(89 € notte con colazione inclusa) le notti di sosta(2) ed il n° di persone(N°1).Prenotando su Internet mi sono ritrovato a pagare 212€ per notte .All'arrivo ho cercato di chiarire con lo Staff dell'albergo per avere la tariffa concordata telefonicamente.NON Hanno voluto sentire ragioni:ho pagato 212 € a notte.Queste cose vedo accadono anche in Germania dove si piccano di essere migliori.

Sehr gut hat uns die Lage des Hotels zu Beginn der Altstadt gefallen.In unmittelbarer Nähe - ca. 40 m - beginnt die Hauptstraße von Heidelberg, eine Fußgängerzone, sodass man sofort mit der Stadtbesichtigung beginnen kann. Vom Hotelpersonal erhielt man einen Stadtplan und einige Tipps. Die Entfernung bis zum nächsten Parkhaus betrug keine 100 M.
