Good included breakfast, clean room, good location to shopping, restaurants, the river, museums and more. Have to pay at check in, check in required info that other hotels didn't ask for-like your birth date, passport etc., dark hallways, housekeeping cleaning room at 3:30 when we returned from a day around town-you'd think it would be done by then. |

Very convenient location off the Hauptstrasse and very close to bus and tram connections in the Bismarckplatz. Hotel's refusal to keep custody of luggage for us for 2 to 3 hours after check out. Little chance of any sleep before 3 am in rooms facing the street on Friday and Saturday nights. We had to pay extra to secure a quiet room at the back. |

Good location not too far from train station or the castle - 10/15 minute walk to each. Room was a good size and clean. Very difficult to find as it is in a lane and the signage is poor - we had to ask for help from a local. Had no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage you'll need to pack it up the stairs. |

Hotel recently redecorated, room was large and welcoming No concierge after 8.00pm. There is an electronic entry system so make sure you have your booking reference otherwise you won't get in! |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was clean and had a lovely breakfast. Was located in a nice area and quiet for sleeping and for seeing the attractions. |

Good location to public transport. Definitely a very budget hotel at 3 star plus/plus prices.Very noisy.Being 2 adult men having to share a double bed for 5 nights with no alternative.Cushions and towels very very very poor. |

Das Hotel ist renoviert und sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war ruhig, hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Schönes Badezimmer. Insgesamt gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. |
