“It was a small hotel in the center of the city. The breakfast was good,the people were friendly and the most important was the location. I can go to this hotel again when I will be in Augsburg since I travel to Germany every three weeks. Small hotel with very friendly staff. Very close to the heart of the city.The rooms are typical of German Hotels in the price range, very clean and functional. If the hotel is fully booked then the breakfast room can get very busy.

Excellent breakfast. Well situated if you wanrt to play tourist in the centre of the city. A little bit of noise from the city: but not more than you might expect from a city centre hotel, especailly as it was a saturday night.....

Fantastic location, right in the prettiest part of the old town. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Free wi fi was a bonus - I don't know why this is not standard in all hotels given that it costs very little to provide the service. Our room overlooked the street and as it was a Saturday night, it was quite noisy until after midnight. You could not leave the window open which made the room very warm. Fortunately we had a room fan with us (which we take everywhere in Europe!) and we weren't kept awake.

An interesting hotel in a narrow "gasse" very close to the city centre; friendly, helpful staff; a very cosy feel to the interior of the hotel. Having to pay for the parking in a spot quite far away from the hotel; price a bit on the steep side.

The hotel room was very clean and the staff welcoming. The location is also good. The breakfast selection was small but everything was good. There is no source of ventilation in the room besides an open window. This became a problem on Friday and Saturday night when many loud and drunk people were walking on the road outside until 4am. We had to close the window becasue of the noise and the room became very hot and stuffy, making it hard to sleep. I would recommend putting a fan into each room.

Es liegt schön ruhig in mitten der Altstadt und hat seinen eigenen Flair Das zusätzlich zu dem Preis der übernachtung eine extra Gebühr für den Hauseigenen Parkplatz zu entrichten ist. Hier wird "Abkassiert" weil man darauf angewiesen ist, denn es gibt auf der Straße keine Möglichkeit das Auto länger stehen zu lassen. Mit einem größeren Auto Z.B. Audi q7 oder einem Volvo hat man dieses Problem nicht, da man nicht in die Einfahrt kommt.

Ligging midden in centrum op loopafstand van winkels, restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. Gratis WiFi. Zeer beperkt ontbijt in een kleine ontbijtruimte. Receptie is na 22.00 uur niet meer bemand en de lift is na 22.00 uur niet meer beschikbaar.

Die einzige Lampe im Bad über dem Spiegel war zerbrochen und es fehlte eine Birne. Der Waschbeckenverschluss (für mich als Nassrasierer wichtig) funktionierte nicht. Der Ventilator im fensterlosen Bad war ebenfalls defekt. Die Vorrichtung zum Aufhängen der Dusche war zerbrochen. Das Inlett innerhalb des Bettbezugs verschob sich während der Nacht zu einer Wurst am Fussende.
