Altstadthotel Augsburg  

Its very old building and Hotel needs renovation. The furniture and style of the rooms are very old and outdated.The breakfast room is very small and dont have a windows at all. I will not stay again in this Hotel.

Location, staff, nice building.

What I did not like is that they've put a furniture with a built in clock right next to the bed making a hell of a noise.

I am a frequent traveler but this was one of the worst hotels in terms of location. A loud and boisterous crawd, patrions of a night bar accross the street,kept us wake all night . In additon charging over 100 euros for arun down hotel is highway robbery. My suggestion to anyone considering staying there: GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Excellent location for my purposes. Good breakfast.

Room heater system stopped working for 3-4 days. Outgoing calls on telephone failed on the last day of my stay. Some parts of room obstructed by low ceilings. Overcharged at checkout by one breakfast, but was reimbursed,

The room was clean

About Internet, it' s less signal for using.

Excellent breakfast. Well situated if you wanrt to play tourist in the centre of the city.

A little bit of noise from the city: but not more than you might expect from a city centre hotel, especailly as it was a saturday night.....

It was a small hotel in the center of the city. The breakfast was good,the people were friendly and the most important was the location. I can go to this hotel again when I will be in Augsburg since I travel to Germany every three weeks. Thank you It was a fair good hotel with good people working there and a fantastic location with an easy access to the city.

An interesting hotel in a narrow "gasse" very close to the city centre; friendly, helpful staff; a very cosy feel to the interior of the hotel.

Having to pay for the parking in a spot quite far away from the hotel; price a bit on the steep side.

Small hotel, good location, good breakfast

This time I stayed in a very small attic room, which was terribly overheated due to hot pipes running under the floor.Windows could not be opened, as room faced the road. Receptionist opened door at 10.00 pm to check whether room was occupied, frightening me to death as lying in bed.Not good for a woman travelling alone. Wireless did not work reliably in the room either. Otherwise a nice hotel...and they did give me breakfast for free in compensation...

Fantastic staff very helpfull nothing was to much bother for them, good location, room was very clean, would stay their again, fantastic staff!!!!!

Car parking was a little strange to find but very secure unit,

Die einzige Lampe im Bad über dem Spiegel war zerbrochen und es fehlte eine Birne. Der Waschbeckenverschluss (für mich als Nassrasierer wichtig) funktionierte nicht. Der Ventilator im fensterlosen Bad war ebenfalls defekt. Die Vorrichtung zum Aufhängen der Dusche war zerbrochen. Das Inlett innerhalb des Bettbezugs verschob sich während der Nacht zu einer Wurst am Fussende.

Super Lage! Sauber und nette mitarbeiter!
