The bed was extremely comfortable, rooms very clean and tidy. We were only there for a total of 6 hours over night due to early flights, but it was worth a longer stay. QUite noisy from the street. |

Location in downtown Augsburg was convenient to the train station as well as the historic city landmarks. Comfortable beds. Lack of air conditioning. We stayed during August and were able to cool the room sufficiently by fully opening the windows, however, excessive noise until after 3:00 a.m. (possibly from two bars/clubs located in the same vicinity) made sleeping difficult. Would not recommend this hotel for early risers. |

convenient for town centre in an eighties timewarp - very dated bedroom furniture .very noisy room . No air con - quite stifling. Beds too soft - dipped in the middle. Obviously smokers had either used the room or the corridor outside recently. |

Very near by the city centre Very hot, not air conditioned rooms. the pipes of the hot water runs in the floor making the room feel like a hot turkish bath! Hotel staff very kind and changed our room to a better one. there was also the problem of noise with the first room, especially that windows needed to stay open because of the heat. The solution is simply to aircondition the rooms and disable those hot water pipes! |

The hotel's position very close to the centre of the town, but in a quiet location. riendly helpful staff dressed in traditional costume. Difficult to drive to the hotel even using a navgator. No parking outside hotel while registering. The parking garage is about a five minute walk from the hotel. |

Very central location, good breakfast, modestly furnished but clean and well-looked after. Friendly, helpful and cheerful staff. Not too far from main station (20 mins walk). Good value for money. No free internet, not even the communal one in the conference room. Mini bar in room (good) but not refrigerated (poor). |

The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious with a big closet and a nice built-in radio. Breakfast was also good. Wireless Internet was fast and free of charge. Although the room was very clean, the shower curtain hadn't been washed for some time. The towels were clean but they smelled bad (bad choice of washing powder?). Finally, the mattress was too soft. |

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really excellent. Besides the elaborate buffet, a guest could get fresh eggs made to order. Our room was large and equipped, surprisingly, with a reasonably-priced mini-bar. The room was quiet and comfortable. Even though we didn't spend a lot of time in our room, the decor was a bit drab with gray furniture and dark blue carpet (which didn't hang quite right), and only one picture on the wall. |

Verrassend dat het zo mooi in de binnenstad zit. Lastig 'aanrijden' maar de parkeervoorziening was goed geregeld (parkeergarage ondergronds eindje verderop). Bed was goed, dekbedden ook. Vond 84 euro voor hotel 75,- + parkeren 9,- toch nog wel veel voor een niet zo luxe uitgevoerde kamer. |
