We went there for the christmas market. The hotel is very good situated. Only takes about 10-15 by foot to get there. At the same time it is in very good distance from the railway station, only about 5 min by foot. It is nere the marina, and there is a good selection of restaurants in the nereby area. A good breakfast as well. Very comfortable beds. |

Bra sängar, god frukost, bra läge och parkering. Jag tycker inte om heltäckningsmattor på hotell. Det blir fläckar som inte går bort och ger ett solkigare intryck än vad som behövs när det för övrigt är bra. |

Ein ordentlich geführtes Hotel "Garni". Das Personal ist durchweg bemüht den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Das Frühstücksbüfett ist abwechslungsreich und gut.Zentrale Lage Leider gibt es nach dem Frühstück keine Möglichkeit sich in dem "Hotel"mit fünf Personen an irgendeien Tisch zu setzen. Wir waren zu fünf Personen bei schlechtem Wetter über ein verlängertes Wochenende dort, und mußten ständig irgendwelche Gaststädten oder Kneipen aufsuchen. Die Zimmer sind recht klein. |

Das maritime Abiente lädt hier zur Wiederkehr ein. Die moderne, gepflegte Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung, die bequemen Betten,der Hotel- und Brötchenservice hinterlassen den 3 - Tage - Kurzurlaub im Gedächtnis als sehr schöne Erinnerung an die sehenswerte Hansestadt Wismar. |

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral. Die Stadtmitte und der Hafen sind schnell zu erreichen. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Die Zimmer zur Hauptstraße gelegen sind sehr laut. Offenbar ist dieses eine der Hauptverkehrsstraßen der Stadt. |

Incheckning gick bra, allt stämde med bokningen. Dessutom fick vi frukt i reciptionen. Parkering fanns ganska nära. Rummet och toalett med dusch var välstädade och sängutrustningen var ren. Frukosten smakade bra. Bra hotell till rätt pris. |

Praktische und angemessen ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Nahe am Hafen und der Altstadt. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Zimmer zur Strasse etwas laut. Die Angaben zum Frühstück stimmen nicht bzw. wurden kurzfristig geändert. Angegeben ist die Möglichkeit, im Hotel am Frühstücksbüffet (gegen Aufpreis) zu partizipieren. Dies wurde vor Ort mit dem Hinweis auf zu geringe Platzkapazität verweigert. Außer Brötchenservice wurde keine alternative Frühstücksvariante angeboten. |

Der Aufenthalt im "Alten Zollhaus" war umso angenehmer wenn man bedenkt, dass wir für ein 2-Zimmer-Apartement den Preis für ein 1-ZAP bezahlen durften danke hierfür "Booking.com - Sonderpreis - ! Der Brötchen-Service ist eine sehr gute Idee *** und auch der Obstkorb am Empfang war immer gut gefüllt und frisch *** Das "Alte Zollhaus" mit seinen Ferienwonungen ist erst im August 2009 "fertg" geworden und somit erstrahl alles "noch" im neuen Glanz *** |
