Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Had room next to main stair, was a bit noisy. Location good for conventioneers, but a walk to city center (short though). |

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were superb! Closeness to places of interest. Availability of nearby parking. Location! The hotel is located on a busy corner of the city, surrounded on two sides with a busy highway. The noise made it impossible to sleep. |

We found the overall experience at this hotel to be of a high standard, in particular: large rooms decorated very well, double glazed windows to keep the noise out, helpful & freindly staff, cooked breakfast (eggs to order), overall cosmetic appeal on the outside & inside of the hotel. A very enjoyable stay. |

Very clean, very fine staff. While quiet, still very close to the center of town - excellent location. One of our 2 rooms had a fantastic view of the hilltop city fortress. While very good, breakfast was not included in the room price. |

Cleanliness. The room & the bathroom were spotless (we can be very finicky about that). The hotel staff was very friendly. The young lady at the reception spoke excellent English. Twin bed can be a tad bit uncomfortable if sharing the bed with a young child. |

Excellent reception, very friendly,helpful and efficient. Nice quiet room at the back of the hotel. Perfect location for visiting the center ot the city. Free and good working wireless internet. Good breakfast. Open air parkingspace on the back of the hotel. Resevation very necessary ! Small safe. |

最上階のSuiteはMarienbergがBalconyから見えて最高でした（隣のMaritimより- 目線が上）。部屋は100m2 くらいありジャグジー付きで家具はluxury、家族４人で大満足。外観からは想像出来ませんでした。 共有部分（ロビー、朝食部屋、駐車場）はそんなに広くありません。 |
