Excellent location for access to houses of Goethe, Schiller, and Charlotte von Stein. A back exit leads directly to Schillerstrasse, a major street for bookstores, cafes, etc. |

Zentrale Lage, gemütlich gestaltetes Zimmer Zimmer direkt über einer Restaurantküche - konnte bis nach 2 Uhr aufgrund des hohen Lärmpegels nicht schlafen; Zimmer war ausserdem nicht an allen Fenstern verdunkelbar, so dass Laternen den ganzen Raum erhellt haben; Rezeptionsmitarbeiterinnen waren nicht gerade freundlich |

Im Großen und ganzenwaren wir mit dem Aufenthaltzufrieden. Zimmer sehr hübsch, alles in Ordnung! Personal im Frühstückraumzuvorkommend und freundlich! Aufmerksamkeit an der Rezeption läßt etwas zu wünschen übrig, Telefonate sind wichtiger als der gerade eintreffende Gast, dieser muß warten bis das Gespräch beendet wird! Das ist nicht in Ordnung. |

obwohl das Hotel im Zentrum liegt, war es hier sehr ruhig und erholsam, das Zimmer war praktisch eingerichtet und trotzdem fand ich es gemütlich, das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam |

inzwischen der 3. Aufenthalt, die Nähe zum Zentrum , die Verfügbarkeit der Zimmer ist fast immer gegeben, Rabatt auf Mehrbuchungen könnte man einführen, da wir wahrscheinlich noch mehrmals buchen werden durch familiäre Verbindungen |
