The location was excellent for me. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recomend this hotel to people I know who want to stay in that particular area of Berlin. My room was clean and bright. I felt save in the hotel which was important to me because I was staying on my own there. A good experince all round. Thank you.

Nothing really, but if I was being very pickey I would stay the over all colour scheme of orange at the hotel was not to my taste. My friends who I was visiting affectionally called by room the tango room. It's these kind of these that make visiting hotels fun. Please keep the orange.

Good central location, close to 2 tube stations. Simple and comfortable with friendly helpful staff and good value for money. Located on first and second floors with no lifts, so need to be active.

The staff were fantastic... incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is very easily accessible from the U-bahn and although it is on a main street, I felt safe walking by myself even late at night. If I ever go back to Berlin, I will most definitely stay there again.

Nice staff! Very clean, comfortable beds, parking facility, nice breakfast, good location. We slept extremely well!

Van de vriendelijkheid waarmee we bejegend werden. En verder was alles prima: bedden goed, ontbijt prima, badkamer helemaal ok. Voor een stedenbezoek heeft het ook een prettige ligging. Vlakbij veel te gebruiken U-Bahn lijnen.

Wat ik net iets minder vond: de witte broodjes bij het ontbijt terwijl er zo'n heerlijk brood is

gastvriendelijkheid, de tijd nemen om met je mee te denken, informatie te geven.

Frühstück und die freundliche Bedienung.

Nachts wurde es sehr laut und oberhalb wurde in einer Wohnung eine Party veranstaltet (enorm laut, Rauch zog ins Zimmer, ...). Ich musste dann das Zimmer wechseln. Ich denke es ist nicht angebracht, Wohnungen über einem Hotel mit Leuten zu besetzten, die keine Rücksicht auf Hotelgäste nehmen. Anstelle einer Preisminderung, die absolut angebracht gewesen wäre, gab es nichts dergleichen. Auch keine Entschuldigung. Ich hörte nur wie man zu den Wohnungsmietern sagte: "Manchmal gibt es überempfindliche Leute" - es wurde ihnen aber nicht gesagt leiser zu sein. Das neu bekommene Zimmer war dann aber in Ordnung soweit.
