Generally good facility, roome with balkony

Internet did not work at far end of corridor, had to move towards elevator, despiet advertising that free WiFi is available in all areas of hotel. A bit noisy, located next to street

Good price for the value, and location

We have notified hotel in advance to reserve 1 parking place for us. Not helps. Was too small place to park the car accurate.. Parking is not big.

In my case only an overnight stay on my way across Europe. Simple accommodation, hospitable staff, clean and quite (guests).

The hotel is located outside the town and at a road, thus given single vitrage, the noise from the traffic was bothering in the room in the morning.

They offered us a discount after we complained about the room. For sure they knew that the room they gave us was the worse one they had. For sure they have better rooms. They said that the hotel was fully booked. One advantage is that there is a supermarket nearby.

Toilet didn't work! Really cold and drafty in the room. Not enough blankets. Couldn't sleep all night. Noisy room. Old and smelly furniture. I've never seen such an old tv in my life.

We were on the second floor. On our arrival the kitchen burnt smell was very strong and stayed like that all night it was rather unpleasant and in the morning the smell of frying was disturbing. The kitchen ventilation is very poor!

Friendly and helpful staff, easy car parking

The staff was very kind and helpful and the breakfast showed enough variation. The location is on the other side of the Inn river at about 1 km from the city center. If you want to have a quiet environment to stay, this is perfect. The hotel is located next to a mini supermarket which can be quite handy.

The room seemed a bit dated and there are free parking spots at the hotel but there aren't enough for all the hotel guests. You can park on the parking of the supermarket (although it's not realy allowed..) or you can park on the other side of the street and pay the local tarif. Overall the hotel was ok for the price paid. If you don't expect luxury but just a place to stay during your city trip passing Passau, the hotel will do just fine.

Room is big and comfortable. Free parking. 10-15 minutes walk from downtown.

No wifi , the beds were not comfortable, no beautiful atmosphere.

Big room, ok tv, ok Clean, ok Balcony, ok No mini bar :( Unfortunately the bed and pillow not so confortable. Hmmm will say Bad... But hotel is very ok and friendly staff...

General rooms and hotel ambiance pleasant.

First evening we had to wait a long time for our meal. At breakfast we had to wait to be seated. We had a no smoking room but the balcony was shared and other people could smoke on it and the smoke came into our room through the open windows. It was very hot. When I went to pay I was not given a break down of costs to begin with. When I questioned the bill the receptionist was quite bad tempered about it. I'm still not convinced the right amount was paid.

Location.

No air conditioner. Very hot in the room. Through opening windows noisy all night, impossible to sleep. Bad smell from hotels kitchen. Staff smokes and make nose under windows. Breakfast was poor. Uncomfortable parking, few small places.

Nice city nice hotel.

OK value for money. Possibly on of the most priceworthy options in Passau.

Some distance from central Passau, but not too far away. Easy to walk. Shampoo was finished, but filled up after complaint. Breakfast not included. Probably worth the cost if you have the time to eat everything.

Accidentally ended up there because it was the only one in our price range - below 100e. Not the kind of place that you want to go if you like culture and city life. Didnt realize beforehand that it was a hotel for golfers, so we felt like two starngers among the crowd ;) Also, a long walk to town.

even that it is written that the internet is extra costs, i think every hotel should have free internet connection.

Convenient hotel for weekend stopover in passau

The parking facilities are very good. We had a large room which suits us well.

Unquestionably it is cheap for the level of facilities provided - restaurant, bar, underground car park with large lock-up facility for bicycles.

It caters a lot for cyclists and walkers but there is no wasking facility, the reception staff had no idea where the nearest washing facility is and did not seem too bothered that they did not know. Also, this is the noisiest hotel I can recall staying in - next to an absurdly busy small road to nowhere in particular (traffic from 06.00 to 02.00) and delivery trucks arrive at 05.00 for the supermarket next door. Because there is no air com, you have no choice but to leave the balcony door open all night.

Clean, comfortable and good value for money. Decent breakfast. Walking distance to the centre of Passau.

We enjoyed the restaurant for dinner. Not much choice in the immediate area but were happy with the food and service. Breakfast buffet was substantial and offered a decent variety of food. Easy drive into town.

Parking spots at the front of the hotel were tiny and usually full. Underground parking available but staff did not tell us about it.
