Very helpful staff.

Breakfast and internet should be included in the price.

A fantastic location with free parking. It's only 15 minutes walk to the heart of Passau, and you have a beautiful room, a supermarket and doner kebab stand next door, and free parking. A perfect combination of convenience -- even a nice view towards the castle.

Our room overlooked the beer garden. It was a bit noisy in the evening, when the beer garden was operating. I would strongly recommend you ask for a room facing elsewhere.

Parking OK. Fair breakfast.

No minibar. Not very kind staff at the reception desk !

We like the value for money, the restaurant is superb as well as the breakfast selection, and the staff are very friendly and just out of town so nice and quiet at night but only 10-15min walk to town centre.

the only down side was as a family of four they only have 1 room that has 4 beds the rest have 3 beds or doubles

Very clean room with lots of facilities - billiards, pool etc. Recommend half board option of Euros11 for 3 course evening meal. Relatively short walk over bridge to explore old part of Passau.

Internet access was very bad.

This was our second visit to this friendly comfortable hotel.

Very nice hotel, clean and spacious room. Great breakfast for 6 eur.

Very limited parking space for so many rooms, though you can leave your car in the nearby p+r lot just across the road. Pillows are very soft, otherwise all was fine.

The balcony, the excellent dinner buffett, the fact that the store right next door had whiskey and actually stocked ice cubes!

I loved the room. It couldnt believe the amount of space I had gotten considering the price of the room. It was spacious,comfortable and clean. In my opinion it was a three and a half star hotel not a three star hotel.

Only the elevator wasn't up to scratch and even though I never faced any problems the elevator was the only thing in the hotel which was one star. Plus even though the staff was generally very helpful and polite, for someone who didnt know a word of german it is very difficult to communicate with them. I tried to get my suit "steam pressed" once and they gave me a steam iron. :S Other than these few minor inconveniences the stay was excellent.

Parkplatz leicht verfügbar, anonymes Kommen und Gehen möglich, wenn man das möchte, zu Fuß nur ca. 15 Min. von der Innenstadt entfert, schnelle Einkaufsmöglichkeit durch Supermarkt nebenan, gutes Essen und Bier in der nahen Brauerei, freundliches weibliches Personal an Rezeption und bei Frühstück

dreckige Toiletten, Steckdosen, unfreundlicher, überforderter und besserwisserischer Rezeptionist
