Almost everything. The location is perfect, the people of the hotel are nice (even if they do not all speak English, it is not a problem at all). The room are correctly furnished. Large. And it is quiet (at least, the room I had when I was there was quiet). Nothing to complain at all! Almost nothing, as far as I remember ...

Super Altstadtlage Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend Frühstück gut, Willkommensgetränk Tagsüber ab 8 Uhr Baustellenlärm, kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz z.Zt nicht am Hause, sondern drei Straßen weiter; keine Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Hotel zum ein-bzw. ausladen. Wir haben innerhalb von 10 Minuten einen Bon bekommen (Anwohnerparken). eine Warnung vom Hotelpersonal wäre sinnvoll.

Отличные завтраки, персонал очень услужливый и дружелюбный, сначала нам дали номер на втором этаже, мы попросили повыше, тут же поменяли, парковка рядом, Крамербрюкке в двух шагах, исторический центр рядом

Lage des Hotels direkt an der krämerbrücke sowie Ausstattung, Komfort und Sauberkeit sowie Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis waren gut bis sehr gut. Der Parkplatz am Hotel konnte wegen Bauarbeiten in der Woche nicht genutzt werden. Man mußte zu einem Ausweich-Parkplatz, der 200m vom Hotel entfernt war. Dies ist sicherlich nur eine vorübergehende Maßnahme, deswegen für ältere Personen mit Gehbehinderung vorher nachfragen, ob der Parkplatz am Hotel wieder genutzt werden kann.

Ein kleines, modern eingerichtetes Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe der Krämerbrücke. Das Frühstück hat ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es wäre schön, wenn zum Frühstück auch andere Kaffeespezialitäten angeboten werden könnten, z.B. Cappuccino oder Latte Macchiato.
