Breakfast was quite good and nourishing. Hotel was at the city center and transportation was easy. I think the rooms and the bathrooms are needed to be renovated. The towels too. |

We liked the central place but found it a bit strange that we had to go outside to find the lift and not a lift from the reception direct to our room. |

1/ that it was for only one night. 2/ Breakfast was ok - not sure if i would have tried the prawns though... 1/ Hard to find. 2/Only 4 parking spaces for whole hotel. 3/Wouldn't dream of taking my wife there. 4/Never seen a burnt iron carpet before my stay in our room. 5/Carpet not vacumed. 6/only 2 of 6 light bulbs worked in the hallway. 7/room in general state of disrepair. 8/Bathroom very outdated. insufficient water pressure to have a standing shower. 9/bedding smelt musty. |

Quite clean and tidy. Nothing special. It's not luxurious but it's more than enough. |

Internet connection was very faulty, which made me uneasy. The first two days, there was no internet at all. The days onward were sometimes with internet and sometimes without it. |

I liked the fact that the room was actually a small apartment equipped with kitchen. I had a very unpleasant experience at check-in time. I found the reception closed and it was only 7 p.m. on Sunday. I had to call a number and get instructions on how to open a safety box in the street containing my room key. It turned out that this happens every weekend. The hotel staff did not mention this in advance. I think that one such treatment is unacceptable from a three-star hotel. |

location of the hotel was fairly good for access to all areas of Karlsrhue central. breakfast was very good. the hotel is very basic with limited parking, the staff were less than helpful and the free!!! wireless internet never worked. tv channels were limited. having to go outside then back in to another part of the hotel for breakfast was a nuisance. would not have wanted to do it it the height of winter. |

Location is fine, and the parking possibility also good. On 3rd of October nobody was available on the hotel and we did not able to spend the breakfast. I waited between 8:00-9:10 and nothing happened. It was a national holiday on Germany but what happened with the hotel? |

The breakfast The toilet leaked from the cistern leaving a pool of water on the floor. When I asked if the final bill was correct I was assured that it was but was then billed for the second room, which should have been included originally. |

Even though both rooms booked were non-smoking, one of the rooms smelt extremely strongly of smoke as soon as it was opened. Having spoken to the receptionist who told us she was unable to move us as the hotel was full, so was unsatisfactory though unavoidable? |
