The breakfast The toilet leaked from the cistern leaving a pool of water on the floor. When I asked if the final bill was correct I was assured that it was but was then billed for the second room, which should have been included originally. |

Even though both rooms booked were non-smoking, one of the rooms smelt extremely strongly of smoke as soon as it was opened. Having spoken to the receptionist who told us she was unable to move us as the hotel was full, so was unsatisfactory though unavoidable? |

Everything was in order and all the additional things I requested straight from the hotel, worked as agreeded. Well, the bed and the pillow could have been better. Apart from that there's no need to complain. |

the room was very clean and spacious and breakfast was very good we could not get the air conditioning working and our room on the 4th floor was very warm. our room faced the front of the building and was very noisy from outside traffic. |

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The quality of the breakfast buffet was good. The space in the breakfast room is not very good for tables for four. We requested a single room for four, and received two double rooms. |

Great price, good location. A smelly bathroom can ruin your stay. A clogged shower makes it even worse. The hotel is pretty big, and the building has two sections: one of them seems to have been an apartment building in the past, which the hotel recently acquired. It looks like they had to install en-suite bathrooms to the rooms, and they messed up. Be sure to ask at the reception for one of the "classic" rooms, since the recently adjoined section doesn't yet have the quality the rest of the hotel seems to have. |

Good location, close to both the city centre and the train station. The main hall (where breakfast is served) and the rooms are in two separated buildings. This is not very convenient. |
