Triple roomに３人で宿泊しました。スタッフの対応は良く、部屋も広く満足しました。国際会議出席のために利用- しましたが、朝食付き・無線ラン使用可 というのはありがたかったです。ただし高級感を求める方は利用しない方がいいと思います。 |

駅から徒歩圏内。市街地までも近く、お城までも歩いていける。周辺はバーなどがあるだけで特に趣はないが、- 特に危険はないと思う。周辺やホテル内はとても静かだった。ホテルは、レセプションと朝食ルームが道路に面- していて、部屋はすぐ隣のビルの上にある。部屋は非常に新しく、ベッドもよい。キッチン、冷蔵庫もあり、ド- ライヤーもあった。シャワーは、温度、水量共に十分。朝食もよい。スタッフはフレンドリー。地図等もくれた- 。チェックアウト後は荷物を預かってもらった。満足できるホテルだった。総評：短期はもちろん、長期滞在で- も問題ないホテル。徒歩で街を散策したい人向け。 夜はレセプションが締まってしまう。夜間にトラブルがあったら、どうするのかは不明。 |

The breakfast was good. The blankets were too small for the german cold. My brother got cold I asked the recepcionist for another blanket for him. He said he would bring it to the room but he didn´t. After dinner it was a diferrent recepcionist and finally I got the blanket that was bigger and hotter than the ones we had. |

good location in Salzburg old city; moderate room cost; room had nice view of the adjacent plaza the breakfast was pretty meager; bar/restaurant area where breakfast was served was a smoker's haven; parking was somewhat inconvenient |

central location The staff's service orientation could be improved. wireless internet did not work. One has to go outside to the street and then back in to another part of the hotel for reception and breakfast which is not pleasant when it is raining |

The Hotel is located really in City Centre and has all what one needs easy connections to main cities and surrounding airports shopping facilities. In addition it has free wireless connection and something that is very rare and very helpful in Karlsruhe there is a possibility to park your car for an extra 8€ per day. |

The position of the hotel, close to nthe city centre and congress facilities. The internet connection didn't work as stated out in the Hotel Facilities presentation. The service was improper during the breakfast (missing food, plates, vessels, etc.) due to the lack of the personell. |

The position of the hotel is central and near many shopping areas (including food). I liked the existence of the small kitchen and the possibility to prepare a tea or even warm food. The towels were clean and changed daily. The room was not very clean. The smell in the room was unpleasant and the floor was full with burns from cigars. To access the reception, the breakfast room and the garage, we had to go through the street. Elevator is missing. |

The location was probably the best thing about the hotel, being easy distance to the station and to the Schloss. There did not appear to be enough staff to operate the hotel adequately.The rooms were not very clean and the carpet in the corridor outside the rooms was very dirty. The Breakfast room was not large enough for the number of guests staying at the hotel, and breakfast itself was chaotic, with insufficient crockery and tables not cleared. |

1/ that it was for only one night. 2/ Breakfast was ok - not sure if i would have tried the prawns though... 1/ Hard to find. 2/Only 4 parking spaces for whole hotel. 3/Wouldn't dream of taking my wife there. 4/Never seen a burnt iron carpet before my stay in our room. 5/Carpet not vacumed. 6/only 2 of 6 light bulbs worked in the hallway. 7/room in general state of disrepair. 8/Bathroom very outdated. insufficient water pressure to have a standing shower. 9/bedding smelt musty. |
