I have been here before and still believe it is a lovely family-run hotel for a fair price. Vey fine Italian restaurant at 10 steps accross the park is worth mentioning, it makes a stay here complete.
The coffee is just NOT very nice. My advise: charge 1€ extra for breakfast and pass nice coffee :-)
No air-conditioning in the rooms, very stuffy. My older boys moved the beds apart and the owner used his own keys to go into our rooms while we still had our stuff in them and yelled at my husband about the boys moving the beds apart. totally rude and unacceptable!!!
It was clean and comfortable, very nice staff, helpful
The location was noisy till late into the night with people partying from the pub nearby
Rooms and location
Breakfast and no air conditioning
The location was good, close to airport. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice amount of space for unpacking.
Breakfast was supposed to be included in our booking.com price based on website. We were charged 6 Eruo per/person upon check-in for the breakfast and 8 Euro for parking, also not stated on site. Breakfast was claimed to be "hearty", not so.
Very helpful stuff.
Poor Internet Connection. (WiFi)
Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Early check in and arranged late check out at no extra cost was good when travelling with young child.
Booked as had 1 night stopover in Munich so close to airport. Beautiful town but the breakfast was a little disappointing. Have stayed in cheaper hotels that were as nice for less money and breakfast included. Food was fresh but choices limited with no hot breakfast option. Wifi was really slow and didn't work for first 12 of the 24 hours which was frustrating as good breakfast and wifi are important
The place was very clean. The bed was very comfortable
1) The breakfast could have been much more varied for the price - €6. Cheap meats and insipid cheese. I took a "hot" roll on my second morning. While the outside of the roll was warm, the inside was frozen!!!! 2) I asked for a room with a nice view - not unreasonable? I got a view of appartments so close I could smell the ciagrette smoke!! As the hotel was devoid of guests, I would have expected my request to be honoured. 3) For most of the nights I stayed the hotel was empty. No fellow guests, no staff, no management. I felt very isolated and quite afraid. I had thought to change hotels, but it was too expensive. I was not given contact numbers in case or emergency nor was I told I would be totally alone. 3) "Reception" was closed more often than open, I found it impossible to actually speak to any management personnel. It was with great relief that I finally checked out on my day of departure. It was one of the worst experiences of my life while abroad on vacation or business. I could not reccommend this "hotel" to anyone.
Nice familyrun hotel, with an exellent Italian restaurant just across the street.
Good price, close to the airport, enclosed car parking
