the location to places of interest easy acess to the shops and places to eat we also found the taxes cheap for getting around the reason for our stay was for the christmas markets there was nothing we did not like we would stay there again |

Excellent breakfast with a candle on your table and classical background music, a great way to start the day. Next door an excellent Lebanese restaurant. Double glass, so quiet rooms even at the street side. Free internet in the lobby. |

The management was very helpful. Nice people. (Free)Breakfast quite nice. Fresh rolls , fresh fruit etc.Good assortment and a very helpful and friendly lady.They have free internet also. The owner ( I assume ) showed us a few rooms and they let us choose what we prefered. She even did walk us to the rooms. Some rooms are nicer than others. They have smoking rooms . Even the non smoking rooms can have a smoke smell when people in other rooms are smoking. Shower / Bathrooms old fashioned and tiny. Could have been better .Free Internet , but it is not wireless and you have to go downstairs in the hallway or the restaurant ( which close at 9:45 ). If there's a convention with many people staying wanting to use the internet for free, chances are you have to wait :( This is not really a too negative remark. Since it is nice they give free internet to begin with.Management lets you use the spot in the restaurant which is a nice place to sit down. |

The bed was very comfortable - a real plus when traveling for long periods. The staff was friendly, especially the breakfast room hostess, who had such a welcoming smile and remembered your hot drink order. The bottled mineral water and in room hairdryer were great pluses. General upkeep of my room could be improved. |

We were greeted so warmly by the staff and they were very helpful and kind. It was a lovely hotel. Quaint - almost victorian - felt quite 'grand'. We loved it. Our room was very nice. The breakfast was wonderful and beautifully presented. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location too. |

It was close to the main shopping areas. Staff was pleasent and the room comfortable. They advertised internet free throughout the hotel and it was only in the lobby. Breakfest had limited choices. |

I loved everything about that hotel. I was disappointed that they did not have WLAN in the rooms. During the time that I was there it was not working. However, despite that the hotel was a gem!! |

Alle Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns hat gerade das "old-fashioned" Ambiente gefallen. Die Lage ist auch super. Das Lift ist etwas eng - aber kaum zu ändern. |

Im Zimmer war es sehr ruhig, obwohl das Hotel an einer Hauptstrasse liegt und auch die Zimmer ausgebucht waren. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz am Hotel gebucht, der dann nicht zur Verfügung stand. Wir mussten im Parkhaus des Kurhauses parken und hatten nur ein 24 Stundenticket, das 13 Euro gekostet hat. Für 6 Stunden nachbuchen mussten wir nochmal 12 Euro bezahlen. Das war eindeutig zuviel. |

Hotelli oli rauhallinen ja viihtyisä, vaikka sijaitsi ison kadun varrella. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällinen ja joustava. Aulatilat olivat varsin ahtaat. aamiainen oli hyvä, mutta aamiaishuone sangen pieni. |

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, in Walking Distance zu den vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, dem Kurhaus und Kurpark. Zur Rhein-Main-Halle sind es mit dem Auto ca. 5-10 Minuten. |
