“ I arrived the evening before Ash Wednesday. There were many cars in the parking area, which was a result of the restaurant doing wonderful business on this special occasion. For dinner I enjoyed a delicious Schweineschnitzel Wiener Art with pommes frites and a wonderful salad. ”

The location of the hotel is superb. Design elements in the hotel are very tasteful, even though the building is far from new. The table settings in the dining room are done with great visual sensitivity, and this is most evident at breakfast. Not a thing! Am looking forward to my next visit.

I arrived the evening before Ash Wednesday. There were many cars in the parking area, which was a result of the restaurant doing wonderful business on this special occasion. For dinner I enjoyed a delicious Schweineschnitzel Wiener Art with pommes frites and a wonderful salad. Along with this I enjoyed the excellent Hinterreder Beer from the local Chammünster brewery. My room was very comfortable, and I plan to stay there the next time I am in the area. Overall, I rate Gasthaus Am Ödenturm an exceptional value. The management provides exceptional quality, especially in the restaurant offerings and presentation, although I consider the room an exceptional value considering their rate. Can't think of a thing!

Netter Service , habe trotz später Stunde auch noch ein feines Süppchen im Restaurant bekommen Hatte um ein ruhiges Zimmer mit Balkon gebeten , denke , ich habe das hellhörigste Zimmer ohne Balkon bekommen

Frühstück ist zu einfach. Zustellbett kostet 20 Euro statt 18 Euro was in Booking.com vorstellt. Frühstück für Zustellbett muß noch extra bezahlt werden.

Lage ist sehr schön, mit Sonnenterrasse. Am Montag ist Ruhetag in der Gaststätte. Das wird einem leider nicht in der Beschreibung gesagt. Unser Zimmer war auf Stand 1970 - altes Bad, altes Bett etc. man fragt sich wo die schönen Zimmer auf den Fotos sind.

Restaurant und Personal exzellent,sehr schöne Räume Zimmer sehr klein,einfach und altbacken;Frühstück zwar reichhaltig,aber sehr einseitig:kein Obst/Joghurt/Quark,nur eine Sorte Käse,kein Vollkornbrot od. - Brötchen. Niemand vorort wenn das Restaurant geschlossen hat. Als längeres Quartier z,B. Für Wanderurlaub ungeeignet
