The room in wich I stayed was comfortable and very nice. Staff was quite obliging. A budget price for room very pleased.

The hotel building is so nice, looks like the historical buildings, the location is perfect and very close from kudamm st.,(shopping area) and close from the bus satiation and under ground. The wifi was so fast and excellent. The staff were nice specially the pretty girl at the reception i think her name is Polina, she was so kind and so helpful

it's better if they put a refrigerator in the room

Location

Location - the hotel is located in a very good neighbourhood with ample access to places to eat and excellent shopping.

Accommodation – the hotel is really run down, the bathroom had mildew and mold all around the toilet and in the shower. The shower stall was so small you couldn’t even extend your arms and the noise from the toilet was extremely loud when it flushed. The bed – oh my word, it wasn’t even a mattress it was foam with a mattress cover – gross. Linen I.E. towels and sheets were so worn that they were falling apart- wicked gross. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of a mix used building which also needs some serious work.

The hotel is well-located for seeing the city: the buses, U-Bahn and S-Bahn are very close. From Tegel airport you can get by bus directly to the hotel in approx. 30 minutes. Also in 30 minutes you can get to Potsdam. The hotel is located on the second floor of old and interesting buiding. The hotel staff are very helpful and can advise on the best places. It was my seconf time in this hotel and I recommend it to other travellers.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Empfangspersonal, anständiges Frühstück, gute Lage.

Die Betten waren ziemlich schlecht, vor allem das Ausziehbett (im Vierbettzimmer) war steinhart.

Le personnel était très disponible.

L'absence de séparation chambre double / lits jumeaux, remédiée après la première nuit. Les rideaux n'étaient pas assez occultants, ce qui nous réveillait dès 5 h 30...

El precio ha sido muy bueno. La localización del hotel también es buena. Hay una parada de metro a 500 metros y estación de tren también a 500 metros. La ducha es amplia. El personal ha sido amable. La wifi funciona correctamente.

Se escuchan demasiados ruídos. Las habitaciones no están nada bien insonorizadas.

Frühstück: Es wäre schön, wenn es frische Brötchen geben würde ( keine schlecht aufgebackenen ).

Пол действительно скрипит, пахнет специфически в силу возраста дома, в котором располагается отель.

милый, тихий, респектабельный район. очень чистый отель, домашнее ощущение, полноценный завтрак. владелец и персонал русские (в европе это положительное качество. особенно после арабского стиля уборки в других отелях:).

в некоторых номерах немного прохладно (в феврале) и довольно узкие кровати.

отличное месторасположение по отношению к транспортной сетки западного берлина: прямой автобус 109 от аэропорта, рядом с отелем остановка автобусов по разным направлениям, S-ban, U-ban. удобно добираться до Designer Outlet. хорошие завтраки русскоговорящий приветливый персонал, по всем вопросом помогут, как доехать, как найти. интересное здание конца 19 века.

все перечисленные плюсы можно найти процентов на 20-35 дешевле. номер -только переночевать. очень мрачная отделка, тесный санузел.

Der Prospekt ist sehr geschickt gefakt. Ein Geschäftshaus an der Ecke Kudamm eingefügt, mit dem das "Hotel" gar nichts zu tun hat.

Handtücher nicht regelmässig gewechselt. Eine winzige Tasse Wasser und ein Teebeutel 4 Euro. Dieses Hotel ist kein Hotel sondern eine zur Herberge umfunktionierte Berliner Wohnung. Nachts viel Krach von der darunterliegenden Kneipe"Klo"

удивительно приветливый, отзывчивый и неравнодушный персонал (говорят по-русски, что было приятным сюрпризом); расположение отеля (само по себе и относительно тегеля - удобно доехать на автобусе); рядом много кафе, ресторанов, продуктовых супермаркетов и торговых центров, совсем недалеко от метро; вай-фай работает бесперебойно; чек-ин с 12 часов, хотя многие отели начинают его только в 15.

немного огорчал шум с улицы ежедневно в 7 утра; в комнате не было верхнего света - довольно неудобно было бы людям, планировавшим на вечер какую-то активность, связанную с чтением или письмом. (в сравнении со всеми преимуществами эти недостатки нисколько не ухудшают общее впечатление от отеля).

Расположение отеля пару минут от Кюдама,отзывчивый персонал (русскоговорящий)

La verdad fue muy desagradable un problema que tuve con la tarjeta de credito, eso descompuso mis vacaciones, pues bloqueron mi tarjeta al pasarla muchas veces, el hotel tenia conciencia de que debian esperar para hacer el cargo y la pasaron 11 veces, aparte de booking ya habia intentado el cargo pues yo no entendi que cobraban antes de ir al hotel, pero el asunto grave es el intento por 11 veces por parte del hotel. Si ellos ven que la tarjeta no pasa no pueden intentar tantas veces pues quedan movimientos en transito autorizados en espera. Es por este motivo que no lo recomiendo.

Das Zustellbett war nicht sehr stabil und die Matratze war ziemlich weich - eine größere bzw. schwerere Person hätte nicht darauf schlafen können

Stedet var hyggeligt, men at kalde det hotel er nok lige I overkanten. "Hotellet" ligger på 2 sal og er formentlig en gammel herskabslejlighed. Venligt personale. God morgenmad uden at være prangende. Ligger centralt og tæt på Kurfürstendam.

Havde bestilt værelse som blev betegnet som comfort - det synes jeg ikke det levede op til. Sengen var for smal til to personer og ikke særlig bekvem. Hovedpuderne var af meget ringe kvalitet. Rummet til morgenmads spisning var meget småt med borde og stole meget tæt på hinanden. Den ene morgen måtte vi vente på at komme ind, da alle borde var besat.

Насос в ванной комнате дествительно пугает поначалу ... непривычно . Паркет скрипит,но тем кто жил в советских коммуналках, это напомнит о давно минувших дня.. так что недостаток это или нет- каждый решит для себя сам ) Wi Fi работал нормально,но скорости для разговоров недостаточно.Я жил в ближайшей к рецепшиону комнате,но уровень сигнала был не всегда стабильным,иногда с перебоями,хотелось бы более качественной связи. При заезде на столе стояла бутылка с водой,так обычно некоторые отели приветствуют своих гостей ,никакого ценника не было.. однако при выезде попросили заплатить 3 Евро ,несколько некорректно на мой взгляд

Zeer net hotel met prima ontbijt. Schone en ruime kamer.

Het is gesitueerd op de tweede verdieping, dus wel twee trappen op. Wellicht minder handig voor minder validen.

Gute Lage mitten in Charlottenburg

Die als Komfortzimmer angebotenen Zimmer weisen keinerlei Vorzüge gegenüber eines üblichen normalen Doppelzimmers auf.

Ik had er meer van verwacht. Faciliteiten waren basic. Vervelend was het bed :zeer oncomfortabel met dunne matras en kussens
