Zimmer 31 Zu Abzügen haben folgende Punkte geführt: - Dachfenster waren direkt über dem Bett, d.h. schlecht erreichbar und bei geöffnetem Fenster Zugluft auf das Bett. - die Abtrennung der Badewannendusche war unzureichend, so dass trotz aller Vorsicht beim Duschen das Badezimmer überschwemmt wurde.

Das Hotelzimmer wurde zentral beheizt, am Morgen war das Bad nicht ausreichend warm. Im Bad war die Beleuchtung sehr dürftig - für die Rasur eines Herrn oder das Make-Up einer Dame gänzlich ungenügend. Hinzu kam, dass von den (sowieso für die gute Ausleuchtung eines Bades ungeeigneten) Deckenspots zwei defekt waren. Nach Reklamation wurde nur eine der Leuchten ersetzt. Morgens im Frühstücksraum gab es zunächst keine Servicekraft, um unseren Getränkewunsch entgegenzunehmen. Ein Gast vom Nebentisch hat daraufhin freundlicher Weise seinen Kaffee mit uns geteilt. Erst später erschien eine Angestellte, die uns erzählte, sie sei alleine im Haus und wir hätten sie "doch an der Rezeption aufsuchen" oder "einfach rufen oder an eine Türe klopfen" können. Es gab keine Entschuldigung, sondern Unverständnis darüber, wieso ein Gast - auch wenn er zum ersten Mal dort übernachtet und ihm das Hotel, dessen Räumlichkeiten und Gepflogenheiten unbekannt sind - nicht auf die Suche nach Personal geht.

Einrichtung und Sauberkeit Rezeption am Wochenende von 14-18 Uhr nicht besetzt, obwohl Zimmerbezug ab 15 Uhr gewünscht wird.

The friendliness of staff and their williness to make our stay a pleasant one. Staying in the street side rooms, as it was alittle noisier, but enjoyed staying in the room on the other side.
