Hotel am Park  

Location & breakfast was very good.

When I checked out earlier than the proposed departure date, the hotel management ask me to pay the remaining nights which I should not because I did not stay on them.

Location is perfect ( in front of the entrance of Europa Park). Meal at both restaurants, and breakfast is very good.

Service at restaurants was not good at all. Beds were not comfortable.

Very close to europapark (50m). Confortable room very clean. Friendly staff.

Breakfast not as complete as other hotels in the area. Wifi connection limited to only one user per room.

Good hotel, excelent location , great service, it has 2 restaurants one Italian cuisine one German cuisine, lots of parking spots. Rooms are cousy, enough space, cleaned on daily basis.

Opposite europe park

The hotel was perfect. Very good location place. Nice and comfortable rooms, especially for family with 2 kids.

Just opposite of the Europa Park. Hotel accepted to keep our car till 15:00 at their parking place without any extra charge. Cleanliness of the room was very good. Staff was friendly. Everything was at basic level but sufficient.

No wi-fi at the roms. Breakfast is not attractive.

It's directly across the street from the Europa Park and it's pet friendly.

Too expensive and wifi not in rooms. It's well overpriced for the overall appearance of the hotel.

Located next to the main entrance of Europapark. Clean and nice rooms. Excellent breakfast. Parking for the car. Good value for the money. Perfect for families with kids.

there was no spare key of the room.when you are 4 you can use a second key!

The hotel location is perfect. It is opposite it He entrence of the park. 1 Munite you will be at the park.

The breakfast should contain more alternatives.

price 145 EUR for two persons seems to be too high

The proximity of the hotel to Europa Park - opposite the main entrance - allows you (parents) to step outside of the chaos that theme parks are all about ! - if you need to have a change of clothing after the water rides for instance ! Good selection at breakfast - onsite Italian restaurant pretty good and prices similar to another one we used in the town. Room was clean.

Our room was on the top floor facing south towards the Park and only had roof windows with manually operated external shutters, so it was difficult to ventilate or have natural light with an element of privacy.There was an electric fan which we left on all day and all night as no aircon and very warm.

There was no air conditioned and in august we faced some hot days but the hotel provide us with a fan

Description on the website is misleading. The hotel and its facilities are exremely basic and we felt it was very very poor value for money.

Hotel and Food, quite lovely, we enjoyed the clean and well maintained room. Location was all you could hope for in proximity to partk. Service was friendly

Our room was over the bier garten, since there is no air conditioning, it is necessary to open windows at night. We found it a bit noisy from the clients below, and could not really fall asleep until the bier garten was closed

The location is excellent and perfect for any short walking distance needs, like Banks, entrance to the Themepark just across, Shops almost like just around the corner...inspite of the nearness the Hotel itself is quite and cosy, Parking area is large enough for the whole accommodated Guest without any extra Fees. Breakfast is good and the Personnal are Friendly and really to help inspite of some small language communication Problem. Fair price for a Family!!!!

What we missed the A/C, needed when it`s hot! Hot Spots / WI-FI should be in rooms too, not only in the Lobby..This are reasonable that can be accepted but would highly aprreciated!

I loved the fact that it was walking distance from the park. The staff was really friendly.

I think the room cost to much, they didn't have a fridge or microwave in the room. Nor did the rooms have wash clothes. 196 Euro is a lot for one night!!! But the hotel was nice.

Perfect location, very clean.

The location was the best thing, we just needed to walk 1 min to be in Europa Park.

The internet was only in the reception area, a small area full of Mosquito. The staff was not good in English and they couldnt help us to get the tickets for the train , so we took the bus to go to the train station and then we discovered that there are no offices there ! so we have to use the machine that we never used before ! Then we took Taxi from the hotel to take us to Farankfourt

The location is perfect just opposite the main entrance for Europapark. Parking available and free.

The room was small and the dinning facilities not much fun. One can find better options around the park that seemed more fun and better value.

Very clean, staff was great, traditional German breakfast was wonderful! Great hotel!!! Will stay there again!!!
