sehr nettes Personal, sehr tierlieb, schönes Restaurant mit guter Speisekarte und ebenso schmackhaften Gerichten, gemütlicher Frühstücksraum mit reichlichem Frühstück es gab nichts zu meckern

Sehr nettes Personal. Hinweis eine Liope ab Hotel wäre Super. Eine Karte mit Loipen mit Standort Hotel Rennberg wäre gut. Ansonsten muß man mit dem Fahzeug zu Loipen fahren. Die Küche ist gut und Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt.

sehr ruhig kostenfreies Parken und WLAN Servicepersonal ist nicht gut eingewiesen: - keine Kenntnis der direkten Hotelumgebung - Abläufe beim Check Out nicht erprobt - Servicementalität nicht vorhanden - kein Hinweis, dass Sauna kostenpflichtig ist
