눉This place looks like a hotel in a good location, but don't expect to get any hospitality or positive approach from the owners. They were very rude, we had to look for another hotel after the first night. Thanks for booking.com customer service for helping us out with the communication.
Wifi wasn't working, the password indicated in the room (in German only) wasn't correct. When we complained about it, owners reaction was that this is a hotel, they are not an internet provider, and anyway, there are mountains all around, so wifi doesn't work. (The hotel was advertised with free wifi, and is located in a nice German town near the mountains, in an area very popular with tourists. Of course, there was excellent internet connection everywhere, except for this hotel.) Then they just didn't care, haven't even spoken to us. So with booking.com customer service's help, we could get at least a promise to look for a solution. But the price was too high: during our breakfast, owners started to complain to other guests about how weird we are that we want to have internet connection! This was the point when with booking.com's help we have left the hotel (paid one night with no discount offered), and looked for another place to stay. However, we have lost 3 hours and spent almost 20 euros on roaming phone charges.
- room was dusty;
- bed too soft;
- there was no free parking (as advertised), but we had to leave the car in the front of the hotel, where there were clear signs that parking is not allowed - luckily we haven't got a fine;
- the hotel never answered my emails (although receipt confirmed), we had to call them to arrange for late arrival.
