Friendly staff Old-school German guesthouse
My morning shower was cool
1. Size of room.
1. When we arrived the hotel holders have been registering us for about 2 hours, the reasons being unknown. And when the hotel holder drove us to the apartments he stank of beer, maybe he was drinking beer while he was registering us because he kept coming and disappearing for about 30 minutes every time. 2. There was no wi-fi at the apartments
A very comfortable and well appointed place with really friendly and helpful hosts. Right next to a thermal aquapark (good for both adults and kids). Close enough to Salzburg to be used as a base to explore that lovely town, and just a short drive in the other direction to the beautiful Bavarian lakes
wifi sign-in was unnecessarily complex, but that is a minor thing in an overall very good experience
Couldn't be closer to the Rupertus Therme ParCourse in park across the street Lovely & helpful proprietors My cat was welcome Extensive breakfast offering Quiet residential neighborhood Parking available on site Balcony overlooking the park
Bit of a walk to town center for dinner etc. Bugs in the breakfast cereal container were off-putting, especially the 2nd day after bringing it to their attention (looked like some cereal had been removed, but not emptied, cleaned, and replaced)
Very nice location and Bad Reichenhall is a beautiful village.
A bit of a language barrier but we overcame that.
Room isolation, bad WiFi, molds smell
Very nice old hotel / pension directly next to the Rupertus Themes. Very stylish with excellent staff / households, who enjoy their work. Breakfast with everything you can think about was excellent start for each of 4 wonderful days we spend in Bad Reichenhall and Berchtesgaden with all Saltmines, Eagels Nest, Koenigsee and other interesting tourist targets.
Old and rough sheets in bed, dirty rooms, and the owners did not speak english. There were also no wifi in the room.
Friendly staff. Location is pretty nice. Especially if the Therme is the target. There you go. Breakfast is in German standards of such places just excellent.
Quite aged interior. Bed was just awful, I thought I couldn't get up in the morning if I fell asleep on my side as I normally do. It's really difficult to put in words why, you just have to experience it.
Beautiful, quiet location, but very near to main area of Bad Reichenhall. Rooms are very comfortable. The view from my balcony of the Alps was very nice. I would definitely stay here again!
There is nothing to dislike in this hotel!
Very nice hosts, a comfy and clean room, next to the Thermes and close to the centre. But breakfast - wow! Spectacular!
That I didn't have more money for a generous tip.
Not less than excellent .very friendly staff excellent brakfest great location.in a beautiful town.
The lady was very friendly and the breakfasts were abundant and very delicious.
The Internet worked for 5 minutes only in our 2-day stay. The system is outdated and needs to be updated.
Close to Terme, close to city center, Monica (hostess) was very kind to us, nice view from balcony, close to hiking routes, awesome breakfast. Quite place, good cleaning, birds singing, fresh air, everything worked.
No computer with printer.
lovely hotel with very comfortable bed. Very attentive and hospitable owners - an elderly German couple. Frau Marta caring beyond measure. Two days spent in this hotel, felt like in a village with his grandmother. Breakfast is just incredible!
THE LOCATION IS GREAT AND EASY TO WALK INTO THE TOWN
THE DOORS WERE LOCKED WHEN WE ARRIVED AND HAD TO WAIT FOR THE HOTEL TO OPEN. BREAKFAST IS MIND BOGGLING.
Proximity to Rupertustherme, just could not be better. Breakfast very nice and substantial. The couple owning the place was very friendly.
