Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und erfüllt alle Wünsche in kürzester Zeit. Ruhige Lage, Radfahrer-freundlich mit eigenen Leih-Rädern. Das Restaurant im Hause macht sehr gutes Essen - von Frühstück über Mittag- bis Abendessen.

Das war das erste Hotel mit ordentlichen Brötchenmessern zum Frühstück. Ich habe 20 Jahre in Hotels gewohnt. Aber diese Hotel ist das erste, welches sich diesen kleinen Luxsus leistet in jedes Brötchenkörbchen ein Brötchenmesser legt. Das hat uns sehr gefallen.

Die Lage am Pückler-Park. Das familiär geführte Hotel mit großer Aufmerksamkeit für die Gäste. Die sehr gute Küche. Die Sauberkeit. Es gab Fahrräder zum Ausleihen. Das Frühstück.

Guter Service u. Freundliches Personal. Keine kühlmöglichkeiten für eigene Getränke (Hotel liegt an Oder/Neiße-Radweg). Keine Gasefenster gegen Mücken(oder Fliegenklatsche). Tote Fliegen u. Falter in Deckenlampe.

Auf den ersten Blick hält man das Hotel für abgelegen, stellt dann aber fest, dass es sehr günstig zum Muskauer Park liegt, Hauptziel unseres dortigen Aufenthalts. Für Radtouren ist die Lage optimal, Fahrräder werden nachts gut verwahrt. Im Vergleich zum sonstigen Niveau in Bad Muskau vermutlich das beste Hotel.

Neben der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Muskauer Park hat das Hotel bei uns mit seinen überaus freundlichen und auf den Gast orientierten MitarbeiterInnen gepunktet. Toll fanden wir auch, dass Fahrräder zum kleinen Preis(5,00 € /Tag sind ja mehr symbolisch) ausgeliehen werden konnten. Gern kommen wir wieder und empfehlen das Hotel uneingeschränkt.
