Hotel and rooms were attractive, It was quiet and in a nice location. Footpath led to a nice little park with pond and playground. Staff was helpful and pleasant, although they did not speak English, they were most accomodating. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Plentiful options and excellent quality. |

This was our second visit, & we would stay again.Although the staff don`t speak English we found them very helpful. We arrived late in the evening & found the bar & restuarant nearly full with visitors, many of whom were smoking, however, when we came down for breakfast the next morning the whole area was spotlessly clean & not a smell of smoke anywhere. The food & service were excellent. Everywhere was to a very high level of cleanliness. This Hotel is central for shops & the railway station, with just a ten minute train ride to the centre of Essen. |

Personeel heel vriendelijk, eten prima. 3 persoonskamer bed voor 3e persoon was bedbank sliep niet erg comfortabel was hard en ongelijk. Voor een nacht niet z,n probleem. |

Vriendelijk personeel, de grote tuin waar je heerlijk kon zitten Iets minder was onze kamer waar het heel erg warm was (de zon stond er heel de dag op) en het verkeerslawaai doordat het aan een doorgaande weg lag. |
