The rooms were immaculately clean, and the staff very friendly. The Hotel backs up to an amazing garden where children can run about and play. It is conveniently located to various sights in the region - Movie Park, Cologne, Schloss Beck. I also was very appreciative of the off street parking! I was initially offput by the location. My room was on the road side - it is on a main, busy road, and the traffic was a bit annoying, but it did drop off about 10pm. We were too tired at the end of the fun filled days to even care about the traffic noise. |

De klantvriendelijkheid, knusheid en het goed verzorgde ontbijt. De hoofdkussens waren erg zacht. En de overgordijnen konden niet helemaal gesloten worden. Het douchen in bad ging, maar kan gevaarlijk zijn = aandachtspunt. |

J'y vais pour le Salon Spiel de Essen en Octobre chaque année. Très bien situé, petit dej impeccable. Très calme. Je le recommande. Wifi annoncé mais uniquement dicponible au travers de T-Mobile (c'est indépendant de l'hotel).Le personnel ne parle pas anglais. |

De hartelijkheid van het personeel. Niets was een probleem ondanks de drukte in het restaurant. Het verkeer in de straat gaf flink veel lawaai |

Sehr laute Strasse, Kopfsteinpflaster, Strassenbahn. Fenster verzogen, ließ sich nicht schließen. Veraltete Infomappe. Z.T. abgelaufenes Haltbarkeitsdatum bei den Getränken in der Minibar. |
