Our guest house enjoys a quiet yet central location in Frankfurt-Hoechst. From here it is only a few minutes' walk to the Hoechst train station and 15 minutes via underground train to the trade fair and exhibition grounds and to the shopping areas.

The staff was not here in the morning when we leaved. On the website it was written that breakfast was possible but in fact this hotel don't do it now. I went in this hotel 1 year ago and it was good, but now it is not good. Staff changed and we can see it easily...

The manager was very friendly and helped us when we had trouble with our car

the room we had was very ordanary, at the side of the street it was very noisy, furnuture was old but we slept good on the bed. The brouchure gave a better idea then it really was

was in frankfurt to see a concert and needed to stay only one day. this hotel was very close to the venue and at a reasonable price.
you shouldnt expect a 5 star hotel, just a decent, sober and clean budget hotel.
The staff was very nice and the room was bigger than i thought it would be. it had a shower, fridge and TV, though no toilet but i guess that's what you can expect from a budget hotel. everything else seemed in order and tidy.

i liked it.

also the center is close by, we took a metro which is 5 minutes walking from the hotel and about 10 minutes to get into the cosy old city center.

i don't know if the breakfast is any good because we overslept ;)

Horrible staff and accomodation. Far far away from Frankfurt downtown. Continuous misunderstandings. Attemps to charge more money than arranged. Non-qualified staff. Sometimes very small rooms and not very cozzy in all cases.

dass dem Gastgeber alles so nett leid getan hat und er prinzipiell Mängel gerne abgestellt hätte. Beim Kontakt mit dem Empfang herrschte eine freundliche Atmosphäre. Ventilator in einem Zimmer. Zwar keine Hotelparkplätze, am Wochenende jedoch Parken ohne Probleme.

geärgert hat uns, dass eine Teilstornierung nicht möglich war; In der Nacht Ramba-Zamba auf der Straße (Kneipenviertel, Stadtbus direkt vor dem Fenster); keine Feuerlöscher sichtbar, keine Rauchmelder in den Zimmern. Haus, Einrichtung und Ausstattung mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren.... Zwar geringer Preis, aber so geringer Komfort, dass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen ist.

poca luz de lámparas, ducha en la habitación (al lado de la cama), inodoro en el pasillo a compartir con toda la planta (teníamos reserva de hab con baño), la ducha no tenía agua fría y era imposible ducharse con agua quemando.

1.No tienen el servicio en la habitacion,y si lo descubres despues de haber reservado ya no puedes ni cancelar ni modfificar - te cobran toda la estancia. 2. Limpieza de habitaciones tampoco esta muy bien,mucho polvo y suciedad. 3. Intentan siempre cobrar en efectivo
