Convenient location in the middle of the old town - the old town bars are only a minute or two way, and railway is perhaps 10 minutes walk. Helpful staff. Single room was not en suite (not sure about the doubles) - this is unclear from the website but at this price not something I would automatically expect. Breakfast room was out of action as being renovated and nearest cafes are in the new town about 10 minutes walk away. |

We had a four bed room instead of a three bed one due to an administration problem without any additional charge. The staff was kind. The staff does not speak English fluently. |

The personnel is very service oriented and friendly. Rooms are basic but very clean. There was a shower and a washbasin in the room. It is a pity there is no toilet in the room, however the public toilet was clean. |

The owner of the hotel made sure we had everything we needed, even moving us to a larger room. Shared bathroom. |

I have been missing floor mat at bathroom.At room and the bathroom was cold. Heating was not sufficient. |

Very basic. The public areas need renovation though the rooms are nice. There is no elevator to the second floor which is hard if you have heavy bags. The WiFi is not usable in some of the rooms even though it is advertised as being in every room. During the Book Fair breakfast is not available. However the english speaking staff are friendly and helpful and were a definite plus point. |

Hotel staff were pleasant The most overpriced hotel I have ever stayed in.... 150 Euro for small room with 2 hard beds and one shared br for several rooms...price is waaaaay out of line |

The room was very nice and the hotel is near metro station. around hotel there are shop and restaurant. it's a good place around. the staff was nice and avaible. the staff doesn't speak english very good and they have not breakfast. |

The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating. The noise from the bathroom hallway outside our room. This is not the hotel's problem but rather the partying guests. |

The staff was very nice,helpful and managed to make us feel at home.It was a very nice hotel and the location was good,only 10 minutes by train to Frankfurt. We don't think that there is anything we didn't like about the hotel,we enjoyed our stay here a lot... |

The staff was not here in the morning when we leaved. On the website it was written that breakfast was possible but in fact this hotel don't do it now. I went in this hotel 1 year ago and it was good, but now it is not good. Staff changed and we can see it easily... |

The manager was very friendly and helped us when we had trouble with our car the room we had was very ordanary, at the side of the street it was very noisy, furnuture was old but we slept good on the bed. The brouchure gave a better idea then it really was |

Eher Absteige als Hotel. Für eine Nacht hats gereicht. Aber Duschen auf dem Flur sind ziemlich eklig.... Restaurant ist pleite oder so. Also frühstücken nicht möglich... |
