I thought the peopler working at hotel were very friendly and went out of their way to help us when we had question or needed outside services such as a taxi. Rooms were small but clean and adequate. Breakfast was great as well. One of the nicer small hotels in the Schlosspark park area of Wiesbaden. It would be nice if the hotel rooms were a little bigger but not a big deal.

The location is next to the backyard of the Wiesbaden Schloss--beautiful park area. The front of the Schloss faces the Rhine River, so the hotel is only 2 blocks from the water front. Great location to stay if booked on a Rhine Aflame cruise--the cruise docks at 1;30 am and the short walk to a bed was very convenient!

Das Hotel hat eine ruhige Lage, bis zum Rheinufer in Biebrich ist es nicht weit, so dass man auch einen schönen Uferspaziergang machen kann. Auch der Schlosspark lädt zu einem Spaziergang ein. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr reichhaltig, sehr ansprechend gestaltet, die leeren Platten werden schnell aufgefüllt. Der Service im Restaurant ist aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Haus hat keinen Massenbetrieb (übersichtliche Größe), so dass man sich als Gast noch persönlich wahrgenommen fühlt.

Vriendelijke, behulpzame en professioneel hotel personeel. Rook vrije kamers. Prachtige lokatie tegenover een groot goed verzorgd park. Ideaal voor hond eigenaars, mensen die graag joggen of aan Nordic walking doen. Jonge gezinnen kunnen pick-nicken en spelen op de grote gras velden. Zeer gemoedelijke sfeer. Ik ga mijn bezoek voor volgend jaar al boeken! N.v.t.

Die Personen am Empfang waren sehr höflich und gaben uns das Gefühl, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Das Frühstück war für ein 3*Hotel ausgesprochen gut und reichhaltig (riesige Auswahl an Brot und Brötchen, Rühreier waren super saftig, tolle Mini-Kuchentaschen) und das Personal war sehr schnell und freundlich! Das Zimmer (202) ist extrem klein. Weshalb man dann da hinein noch drei Tischlampen und eine Stehlampe stellt, wovon die Stehlampe nicht einmal funktionierte, verstehe wer will. Die Bettwäsche hatte bei beiden Bezügen und Kopfkissen mehrere Löcher, die nicht mal mit Stoff geflickt worden sind, was nicht gerade ein Wohlgefühl auslöst. Das müßte nicht sein und dürfte auch mit Sicherheit kein hoher Kostenfaktor sein.

Die Lage ! Haare am Fön - Telefon defekt -Lampe defekt Ob ich denn nicht wuesste, wann check out Zeiten in einem Hotel wären. Am Neujahrsmorgen um 11:30 Uhr wollten die mir ne extra Nacht auf die Zimmerrechnung buchen . Nach bitten und betteln wurden 2 Kaffee nicht berechnet - wir hatten das Zimmer mit Frühstück( bis 10.30 Uhr) und nicht gefrühstückt. Eines dieser typischen, altmodischen Familienhotels wo es nicht besonders gut läuft und sich keiner fragt warum !

Ympäristö mukava - kävelyä Rheinin rannoilla. Aamiainen aivan loistoluokkaa. Hyvät bussiyhteydet Wiesbadenin keskustaan. Huone erinomaisuudestaan huolimatta pienehkö kahdelle aikuiselle ja koiralle.
