the whole experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff were very friendly,nothing was to much trouble. The hotel being on the edge of the forest was probably the in the most woderfull setting i have ever stayed at. I would personally reccomend this hotel to anybody |

The location is idyllic; very quiet, surrounded by forest and sheep. Lovely patio area, overlooking hills and trees. Good food. Initially, the staff were not very friendly. We had booked two single rooms but they tried to put us into one double. After this was sorted out to our satisfaction, everything was fine. |

- die Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe durch die Lage (im Wald) des Hotels, die auch einen schönen Spaziergang in die Stadt (ca. 15 Minuten) ermöglicht. Das Essen im Restaurant war, bis auf die Ausnahme, das das Fehlen einiger kleiner in der Karte ausgewiesene Zutaten eben "ausgegangen" sind - ohne Entschuldigung vermittelt wurde, sehr zufriedenstellend und durchaus lecker. - der Empfang: Wir reisten mit Kleinkind an und kamen dadurch einiges früher als es die Anreisezeit (12.45 Uhr statt 14.00 Uhr) erlaubte, bekamen aber keine Möglichkeit, das Kind zu versorgen und wurden gar erst auf 15.00 Uhr verwiesen. Dem Preis entsprechend gibt es weder Kühlschrank noch Minibar, die Gaststätte schließt normalerweise 21.00 Uhr. |

das Hotel liegt am Rand Wernigerodes u.ist dadurch sehr ruhig u.man ist gleich im Wald, in den Ort zu laufen ist aber auch kein Problem, ca.20 min. die Kopfkissen (synt.Füllung) |

Keurig, mooi gelegen hotel met ruime modern ingerichte kamers (wel typisch Duits degelijk, een beetje fantasieloos). Goede warme douche. Het ontbijtbuffet is prima en wordt regelmatig bijgevuld. Vriendelijk personeel. Verder wordt er, indien gewenst, een prima diner geserveerd. Een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. |

De warmte en gezelligheid waarmee je ontvangen werd. Het personeel stond ten alle tijden voor je klaar. Goed ontbijt. Diners goed en met zorg klaar gemaakt. Gezellige ruimtes. Kamer geen overdreven luxe maar ok, alles aanwezig. Familie hotel!!!! |
