Location was fantastic for Munich. Didnt take up the breakfast option but there was a small kitchen / fridge in the room which allowed us to cater for ourselves. Our room was a little noisy as you heard people quite clearly walking past at in the morning on the corridors hard floors. |

Nice, clean room. Easy to check in and out, no fuss. Very central and easy to find.at arrival. Friendly staff. The curtains were not wide enough to cover the whole window so we had light coming though at night. |

Very friendly staff, clean modern rooms and excellent location Bed and pillow were very soft, pillow was particularly bad. Wireless internet didn't work (kept recieving an error message after typing in password wrong first time - subsequent attempts in different browsers didn't rectify this). |

Very warm welcome, friendly staff and went out of their way to give early check-in and late check-out. Service was good and even had Nespresso and cookies in reception. It was clean and ideal location for the shops and sights. It was above my expectations and a great little place for a stopover or city break and I would definitely go back. Excellent value, you get what you pay for with this one. Wireless internet was in every room but not always reliable signal. A little noisy with the ambulances and traffic but wouldn't deter me because the location so close to the nice street of shops and cafes more than makes up for this. |

Perfectly situated. I did not merely get a double bed but a recently renovated double room with own kitchen and lounge area. Of all the budget hotels that I have stayed in during the past 5 years, this was by far the most pleasant stay, and the best value for money. |

The location was excellent for the well affordable price. The staff was kind and the room was nice enough for a relax. Restaurants, museums, shops are all within the range of walk, amazingly. In a double room, 2 chairs would be favorable so that 2 people can take seats. It would be even better if a fridge was available. |

Convenient arrangement, cosy rooms, moderate price, affable and sympathetic personnel. For example I have arrived to hotel during the time which was late and inconvenient for the personnel, but preliminary ordered room kindly waited for me. |

The location was fantastic; the staff were extremely open & friendly. The room was bright and clean; very relaxed and laid back place. Complimentary bottle of mineral water in room. We got a very cheap deal- 49euro for a double room- so overall could not complain for that reason alone :) |

Generally, everything is great. Besides, it is good the hotel can keep luggage in the day time after checkout. |

It was a great location from the Munich HBF and Oktoberfest. The optional breakfast you can buy is at a cafe across the road and it's a massive, delicious breakfast - one of the best breakfasts we had in Europe. |

The central location, the cleanliness and the cooperation with an excellent breakfast cafe around the corner. The fact that I should have paid a fortune for a shed-like room, however they changed the room when I asked. However, what a cheek! The one I got then still had a very bad bed mattress (too thin, one felt the frame). |

Convenient location. Lack of carpet on bare wood floors; not properly functioning television; no breakfast available on the premises. Poor access for parking and no convenient location for baggage drop off. |

I made reservations for me and my friends so that we could really enjoy the Oktoberfest exeperience. The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful. There were a couple of resturants nearby and the one they suggested was great. The hotel was difficult to locate (even with a GPS) as the signs weren't highly visable and the street design is a little complicated. |
