Ben comunicat. Zona tranquil.la. Hotel nou amb estil contemporani i molt netes les habitacions. Falta una zona més espaiosa a la recepció per asseure-s'hi amb intimitat, però no s'hi pot habilitat donat el disseny de l'edifici. |

Primer de tot que estava molt a prop d'una estacio de metro per poderm-me moure lliurement per la ciutat. També té fàcil i ràpid accés a les habitacions. Certa sensació d'inseguretat. Si algú em pren la cartera i veu que estic a l'hotel, es possible arribar a les habitacions sense que nigu et pari ni et pregunti. |

Molt ben situat per a visitar els principals monuments de berlin. A prop del metro I de bons restaurants. Personal atent I agradable. L'estat de les instalacions perfecte. Potset el set de cafè i/o té que ofereixen podria estar a l'habitació en lloc de haver de demanar-ho a recepció. A l'esmorzar el pastis de formatge I xocolata no es servia de nou quan s'acabava. |

Bastant centric, parada de metro propera, habitació acollidora, ideal per a turistes que disposen de pocs dies per a visitar la ciutat i necessiten un lloc centric i còmode per a dormir El personal és una mica sec, excessiva calor a l'habitació (sent període d'hivern l'estança). L'atenció del personal i la bona situació geogràfica El preu de l'esmorzar, l'he trobada un xic cara,crec que hauria de tenir dues tarifes els que esmorzen amb furquilla i ganivet i els que al llevar-se només volem prendre un café per aquest últims sortia car. |

Nice and helpfull staff, nice room, quiet, and great breakfast/brunch The hotel provide all services like internet connexion, boiler, tea and coffee but you have to ask for everything and get it at the reception desk. |

Except for the current construction in the area, it was a quiet neighborhood and very convenient to buses and the underground train. There were not many restaurants in the immediate area, but that was no fault of the hotel. |

The staff were more than courteous and helpful. When we asked for a change of room because of construction work outside it was no problem. the single beds are too narrow! While the mattress is wonderful I felt like I was going to fall out every time I turned around. |

The staff were very helpful. I enjoyed the big breakfasts although the rooms were quite crowded when I went down and the option to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The decor was very new and the rooms spotless. Bed very comfy. My room gave on to a building site opposite. I heard some noise of work in the morning. It was quite interesting being so close to where the Berlin Wall was but that was a bit of a down side. |

The staff was very helpful and gracious. The room was neatly cleaned every day. Buffet breakfast was very nice as well. No one informed us that we'll be staying next to a construction site; it was literally outside our window. The noise started before 7 am and it was dreadful, even with closed windows. |

The hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. It was also in a decent residential area and very handy for the Spittelmarkt underground station. There were no coffee making facilities in the room wich was disappointing. Also breakfast at 9 Euros was a bit steep. One other thing to mention is that there is a lot of construction work going on next to the hotel when we stayed (October 2009) but obviously this won`t last forever. |

Good location - close to U-bahn and main sights were accessible (although district seemed fairly deserted in the evening). Hotel rooms reasonable size, good decor and clean (apart from smell of stale smoke - see below). Suitable for a city break. On booking we asked for a non-smoking room but were allocated a smoking room and couldn't change because the hotel was full. "Double" beds were actually two singles and if you're not careful you fall down the gap! |

It was quiet,clear, easy access to transportation. It was difficult to use two suitcases. I wondered why the slot in the wall as you enter and also in the bathroom. That area whould have been better used for the second suitcase. |

Nice big room and very close to the city center. Only a few minutes with U-bahn to alexanderplatz Internet access codes were only valid for 24 hours instead of my whole stay, and it seems like a waste of time to go down to the reception to get a new code. Also - please install WiFi so I can sit anywhere in my room and work. The 50cm long cable is not enough... |
