Good location, pleasant room, excellent buffet breakfast No kettle in room! Had to go to hotel bar for late night cup of tea which was very expensive. Also not enough blankets and pillows provided so was a bit cold during night.

It is in a very good location, easy to reach old town. Good price. It is an old place, not renovated since 70s or so. Old furniture and everythiing. The ventilation in bathroom was terribly noisy, onlyto be switched off together with light.

Great location for shops and/or tourist visit to Freiburg. After day 2 of 5 the hot water packed up so no shower other than cold water (in December)!!!

The staff were terrific and always helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was a decent size but quite basic. We felt the car parking fee as well as breakfast price were a little excessive considering the room rate.

Good location. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, pleasant room I had a lot of trouble connecting to the wireless. But, the hotel staff was very helpful and gave me access to the hotel across the street where my computer hooked up to the wireless very nicely.

La ubicación. estaba limpio. Muy caro para lo que es la habitación .... La tele iba mal y no tenia canales digitales. Solo programas alemanas y muy pocas (10). Pagamos 69 €/noche por una pensión mas que normalita. No volvería. Encima es un poco lio anuncian con fotos del hotel al lado y luego la pension es en otro edificio. Con el desayuno nos querian engañar diciendo que estaba incluido aunque no era asi. No nos ha gustado.

Ordentliches Zimmer in zentraler Lage zum Stadtpark. Fußgängerzone zur Stadtmitte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schickes Designhotel nebenan. Da Gästehaus 3* wäre ein Frühstück zu einem 3*-Preis ein guter Gedanke. Frühstück für 13,50 Euro ist für ein 4*-Haus ok, aber für einen Gast, der sich nur 3* leisten mag, eben dann zu teuer. Für einen angemessenen Aufpreis würde ich beim nächsten Mal ein moderneres und ggf. größeres Zimmer nehmen. Der Stil der Möbel ist definitiv veraltet. Preis sehe ich in Relation zur zentralen Lage, jedoch für junggebliebene Erwachsene zu altmodisch. Eingangstüre beschädigt und auch nachts nicht geschlossen. Preis könnte am WE noch günstiger werden, oder Zimmerpreis ein wenig reduzieren und Frühstück für 8-9 Euro anbieten. Das wäre für mich ein angemessener Preis für ein 3*-Haus.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr gute Lage Parkplatz 13.- Euro / Nacht . Frühstück 13.50 .- . Auf dem Zimmer 0,25 l Flasche Mineralwasser für 2.90.- (!). Trinkglas war gesprungen. Kein Aufzug im Gästehaus.

Wir waren schon zwei mal im Gästehaus und sehr zufrieden! Nach telefonischer Absprache haben wir immer ein neu renoviertes Zimmer bekommen.(Kleiner Aufpreis) Die Zimmer sind trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig,sauber und gross. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
