Price was very high compared to facility and Location

It's close by the city centre.

We had to climb 3 stairs before we reached our hotelroom, there was no lift! Which was not only an inconvenience, but also painfull since we both had back problems. Room is small and outdated and I burned myself while taking a shower, the water was too hot. Not worth 124 euros a night, without breakfast!

Location close to city center, affordable price

For the price (100 EUR - as a special price) there was not breakfast, and the pictures on the booking site were missleading. The actual room was at the 3rd floor, no elevator available, small and outdated furniture (felt more like East-Germany before the wall fall)! No parking places available (only 3 available outside, already booked a while back), and the gastehaus is actually in another building from the hotel.

Nice and quite place still near the city centre. Spacious room and comfortable.

Some GuestHouse rooms are located across the road and not in the main Hotel building.

best location , friendly staff , clean, and peacefull , it was perfect for our weekend away , I'll definately stay there again next time and i will recomend it to anyone travelling to Freiburg

Just a short walk from Munster and the hotel did a fairly good buffet breakfast! Also, the hotel is just a street away from a lovely charming park - perfect for afternoons reading in the sunshine.

The room was extra large . I also asked for a fan and got a big one. we were two people and got a room maybe for 3, it was perfect! thank you!

Good location to visit the old part of town

We felt quite disappointed because we stayed in a building next to the hotel, not the hotel itself. It was completely different from the pictures we had seen. It isn't modern, it's old, there's no elevator and you can hear everything that happens in the other rooms. Thus, it was expensive and not worth the money we had paid.

The hotel is a bit outside of the Altstadt, but easy reachable on foot, thus the location is perfect.

We were quite disappointed about the room. On the pictures everything looks nice and moderne. But our room was in one of the two guesthouses and much older and simpler furnished. It looked completely different. Also the beds are pretty old and uncomfortable. As another entrance was right by the window we could keep the window opened. Anyway, the room was clean and the bathroom was okay.

They dont have lift, being a three floor building.
