This 2-star hotel offers quiet rooms in the southwest of Magdeburg, close to the Halberstädter Straße shopping street. It offers good road and public transportation access to the center of Magdeburg. All rooms at the Hotel am Sudenburger Hof feature a TV and private bathroom. The Eiskellerplatz tram stop is just a 5-minute walk from the Sudenburger Hof. This takes guests right to the historic quarter, just 1.5 miles away. Cyclists on the Elbradweg (Elbe River cycling trail) can safely store their bicycles for free at the Sudenburger Hof. Some free parking spaces are available near the Sudenburger Hof. Guests can also reserve a parking space in the underground garage. The Magdeburg Sudenburger Hof is just 1.5 miles from the A2 and A14 highways. It is an interesting pension / guest house with very nice and friendly female staff . It is reasonably priced in many respects . I turned up a day late according to the owner a Mr Geiler . Because of this , I stayed for 4 nights -4 nights !- to compensate which I thought was decent of me and a nice gesture by me . However , I then discovered that the owner had charged me also for the alleged night when I had not arrived . I thought that this was both mean and sneaky . I will therefore never stay in this hotel again when if it had not been for the sneaky and greedy charging of me for the " missed " night , I would have rated the hotel better not least because the staff are nice , if not the owner. Also , the hotel often smells of smoke in the morning which as a non-smoker , I dislike .

The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was ecxellent and carparking was free.The bar next door was interesting as was the one at the end of the road to the left, both of which was friendly and welcoming.

Freundlicher Empfang und aufmerksamer Service beim Frühstück. Ruhiges helles Zimmer. Keine Einstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Nach 22:00 h keine Getränke erhältlich. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nur bis 21:00 h erreichbar.

Der Gastwirt hat mich sehr nett empfangen. Das Frühstück ist mit 6€ ok und war auch noch völlig ausreichend. Mein Einbett-Zimmer mit Bad war sehr sauber. Das ganze Hotel ist ordentlich. Das Bett war mir etwas zu weich, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Alles in allem war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Möbel sind etwas spartanisch (aber nicht altbacken)

Die Personall waren sehr freundlich & zuvorkommend Das Hotel war extrem einfach eingerichtet mit billigem Möbel und wenig Platz, man musste der Tür erst zumachen um ins Zimmer zu kommen. Preis.Leistung passt überhaupt nicht da das Hotel nur wenig günstiger war als ein erstklasse Hotel im Innenstadt. Sah aus wie ein Fachwerkhaus auf den Bildern, in wirklichkeit war es ein Wohnblock mit aufgemahlte Fachwerk.

Vrij eenvoudig hotel, maar met alles wat nodig is, en heerlijk rustig: het is een achterhuis dus eventueel straatlawaai is niet te horen (niet dat dat er veel is). De achterzijde kijkt uit op groene ruimte, dus ook aan die kant stil. Het is wel in een buitenwijk, maar je loopt in ruim vijf minuten naar de tramhalte/bushalte.

Es gab ein reichhaltiges und exzellentes Frühstück. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen. Straßenbahnhaltestelle zur Stadt 5 Minuten. Mein Zimmer (4) hat ein mir zu weiches Bett. Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig, die Toilettenspülung der oder des Nachbarzimmers waren sehr laut.

Dass man vor 22.00 uhr einchecken muss wurde dadurch gemildert dass die sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Hotelleitung tatsächlich am früheren Abend anrief um auf diesen Umstad aufmerksam zu machen.

Meget venligt og imødekommende personale. P.G.A. beliggenhed var der meget begrænset støj = rolig nattesøvn. Vi havde et udmærket værelse, dog med udsigt til baggård, Der var pænt ryddeligt så det var begrænset gene.

De joviale ontvangst. De eigenaars hadden tijd voor een babbeltje met ons. We voelden ons hier vanf het eerste moment thuis. Niets. Enkel de stad Magdeburg is ons een beetje tegengevallen.. Historisch zeer mooi maar met het goede weer dat we hadden verwacht men om onder de bomen op een zomers terrasje te zitten. Dat hebben we jammer genoeg niet ontdekt in Magdeburg, voor de rest was alles prima.

Für ein Wochenende in Magdeburg vollkommend ausreichend. Anbindung zur Innenstadt per Straßenbahn ist ok. Sehr freundliches Personal! Frühstück in Ordnung. Einrichtung gemütlich und sauber. Kann ich mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

We waren maar één nacht in dit hotel. Daardoor valt er weinig over te zeggen. De kamer was klein, maar netjes en schoon. Het personeel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. We vonden het jammer dat het hotel vrij ver van het oude centrum af ligt.

gutes Frühstück, freundliche Mitarbeiter Die Ausstattung war gemessen am Preis eher mager. Z.B. keine Lampe im Badezimmer am Spiegel, mit Deckenlampe dämmerdunkel. Zimmer sehr klein. kein Fahrstuhl, sondern steile Treppe zum Zimmer.

Ein ausgesprochenes aufmerksames und servicefreundliches Personal, das seine Gäste auch anspricht. Der niedrige Übernachtungspreis und die zwei Sterne sind der Ausstattung zwar gerecht, man fühlt sich aber trotzdem wohl und empfindet Sympathie für das Hotel. Denn man hat das Gefühl, man müht sich alles in Schuss und Ordnung zu halten. Ich hatte nichts zu beanstanden, Service, Sauberkeit und nächtliche Ruhe im Haus waren vorbildlich. Ich hatte ein Bad mit Duschmöglichkeit in der Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang. Andere Zimmer haben auch Duschkabinen. Man sollte nach diesen nachfragen. Ohne Vorhang setzt man leicht beim Duschen den Badfußboden unter Wasser.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, der sehr gute Service sowie die ruhige Lage unseres Zimmers. Die Buchung dieses 2**-Hotel war eine gute Entscheidung. Blumenstrauß (Trockenstrauß) auf dem Zimmer wirkte "verstaubt" und könnte mit einem Dekoartikel oder einem Strauß in freundlicheren Farben ersetzt werden.
